Perfect house in the perfect location.

We came to Point Pleasant to celebrate an engagement party. Having come to the shore for many years I already knew that this house was in a perfect location. It's a 30 second walk from the boardwalk but just far enough away that you don't have to deal with the noise of the late night partygoers returning home. The house was in great condition and had all the amenities we needed to include central air conditioning which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable house that's centrally located to all the point pleasant beach action.

We stayed at this beach house with a family of 4 including 2 young kids the week going into Memorial Day Weekend 2011. The location is perfect, with access to the beach and boardwalk a block away. Great restaurants all around. We found it to be the perfect size for a family of 4 or more with 3 comfortable size bedrooms. The house is bery well maintained and very practically laid out. The landlord was helpful and reliable all the way through. In short we could not have made a better choice for our stay and I would recommend this experience to anyone else without hesitation.
