FAMILIES ONLY! 2500 Square feet of comfort! This beach house is perfect for your family's vacation. It is clean, crisp, comfortable and conveniently located 1/4 block from beach and to all Point Pleasant Beach has to offer. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on a rocker that waits just for you on our large wrap around front porch taking in the view of the shore, or perhaps, sit on the back porch overlooking a large yard and enjoy the quiet (what a perfect way to end a day at the beach). It is well maintained, clean, crisp, comfortable and tastefully done with a country cottage theme.The first floor has an oversized comfortable living room with flat screened TV's with cable, dvd, wifi and separate bar/sunroom area; dining room, kitchen and a separate "hangout" room for kids with flat screened TV and new custom bathroom with shower right off back porch. (Covered back porch is a great place to have summer meals!)The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed with new custom full master bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and Bed #4 has a twin bed conveniently located near yet another new custom bathroom.Parking in driveway. Our home is conveniently located to amusements, many family-friendly restaurants, free concerts on beach, free family style movies on beach and talent show, firework display viewed from back porch, comedy club, town shops, parks, fishing and crabbing and health spa so you may not have to visit your car during your stay. Keep in mind Atlantic City, Jersey Shore Outlets, Monmouth Race Track and PNC Art Center are just a car ride away. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay! “Perfect Beach House”

Exceptionally well maintained and very well equipped. One block away from the beach. Convenient to the Boardwalk and restaurants.

This home is exceptionally well-maintained and well-furnished. Off-street parking is in the adjacent driveway. The location is convenient to the boardwalk, the beach, and restaurants.
