Air conditioners are portable and are located in each bedroom.
There is an additional charge of $15 per day per unit. This is an electricity charge. We do not profit from this. We provide a/c as a comfort amenity for those who want it.

Cleaning is $200 for 2 bedroom suites used

  Our week in Poipu Beach in the Poipu Kapili #54 was everything we could have hoped for and more! It was our family's first trip to Kauai, and we are already planning a return visit to PK #54. The unit is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and has all of the big and little things you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the ocean views and the double master layout, which worked perfectly for us. The location couldn't be more ideal, and there is much to do within a very close proximity. I can't say enough about Cynthia's helpfulness and professionalism... Her detailed recommendations were key to our planning the week, and making the most of our time on the island. We fell in love with the natural beauty of the island, the laid-back pace of things, and the opportunity to do and see so much without feeling crowded or rushed. From swimming/snorkeling with the giant seat turtles to enjoying some great restaurants to simply sitting on the sea wall and watching the amazing sunsets, this property gave us the sense that we had scored a front row seat in paradise each day!!
