Great Vacation Retreats makes settling into your place like going home. Just go to your condo and walk in following their easy instructions which is so appreciated following a long flight. And once there, you will be delighted by the lovely, clean surroundings which are thoughtfully appointed. We really appreciated having all the special soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and other household items which made our arrival and stay so comfortable. Also, we loved having the barbecue steps from our door. An added benefit is the beautiful pathway to the beach, which is only minutes away.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday with our family on Kauai, and particularly enjoyed the condo in Poipu. The Regency Villas were beautifully decorated, very comfortable and it truly felt like our home away from home. It was conveniently located and the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Despite being on the "rainy island", we had sunshine every day out of the 14 days we were there, except for one overcast day. We highly recommend this vacation spot and accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Kauai.

My mother, my son, my husband and I had a fabulous time staying in in this well-planned and carefully maintained Poipu Kai develop. Houses here are pretty spread out and gardens are around. A foot path connects Poipu beach and Grant Hyatt Hotel and Regency Villa 211 is in the middle of the foot path. My mother and I enjoyed walking bare feet on the foot path to Grant Hyatt with our 2.5 year old to feed koi fish every morning (9am) while my husband liked to run on the foot path for his morning exercise. Then the whole family walked 7 minutes to Poipu Beach and spent a couple of hours there.
Besides its prime location to Poipu beach, Regency Villa 211 is a corner unit with open floor plan and large windows. The furniture and deco are pretty tasteful. Kitchen is well equipped and we prepared most of meals in house. The bath room in the master bed room is as large as another room - a bit wasteful to us but other people must love it. The keyless entrance is also a time saving plus.
Linda, the representative from Great Vacation Rentals, was responsive and professional. Talking to her was like asking vacation advice from a friend -- Here is the information and you make your own decision. We appreciated her style very much.
In short, this condo worked out for us beautifully. In our wish list, we wished there were some free sand toys and bigger pans for some serious cooking :-)

The service I received from amy and Carly was absolutely outstanding. They made this vacation perfect. I loved the location of the condo and would gladly stay here again. I loved the corner unit and a close walk to the beach. Having the Ohana house in front of us was a plus. The amenities were all there that we needed and if anything was required Carly or amy took care of it. What I liked best was amy and Carly. They were always responsive and made everything and I mean everything go smoothly for this trip. I never met amy and I am sorry that did not happen as she took all the anxiety out of a trip you knew nothing about and she made it like it is suppose to be, paradise. My wife and I both thank you so much for the opportunity to use your lovely place.

It was a beautiful place. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too cold, but overall it was worth the value. It was a short walk to Brenneke's beach, easy access to Poipu village and many eating places plus a short drive to Koala town. I highly recommend this place to stay! I would say here again.

Other than an ocean view this place has everything. We stayed 14 nights and I could have stayed longer. We used
the grill, which was right outside our door, almost every night and most days for lunch. The condo was well equiped
and we left some extras behind for the next lucky campers.

This was the perfect condo!! Clean, beautiful, big. The staff was so accomodating and helpful - they made a huge difference in our trip! The location was perfect, the pool was gorgeous, the rooms were big & comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!!

This condo was beautiful, with a great location close to all the beaches, hotels, and other attractions. The a/c, TV, appliances and fixtures worked great, all except for the refrigerator, which died while we were on a day trip resulting in the loss of $200 in groceries. The manager was very helpful and accommodating in getting repairs started and providing coolers to store our remaining groceries, which we greatly appreciated. However it is just something to keep in mind for future guests- the appliances might not be that reliable. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Our unit was beautiful!!! Larger than we had anticipated. Everything was brand new, stocked with everything we could need. The two headed shower with separate jacuzzi tub was also a huge bonus especially after hiking the napali coast. Would definitely stay here again.
