Prince Kuhio #115, Lovely, private, ground-floor condominium (no steps) with two lanais overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Hawaiian Scared Land of Prince Kuhio park. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The living room furniture was recently redone in Feb of 2010. A new king size bed and new kitchen appliances were recently added. Beautiful tropical gardens surround a private pool and barbecue.
Kauai's best snorkeling is about 100 feet from the condominium. Enjoy the gorgeous Kauai sunsets from the famous Beach House Restaurant just up the street.

-kitchen upgraded-excellent appliances-spacious fridge-fairly quiet facing the garden with the sound of waves in the distance-noisy birds in the morning(typical for Kauai)-two good fans to keep it cool-internet corner-spacious bedroom. Living room a bit crowded-too much furniture, but comfortable. Flat screen T.V. and DVD player, stereo system with C.D.'s- kitchen table a bit small and would be crowded open. A bit of noise from other Lanais-typical for a building of this type. Pool just outside the door and not too far to walk to car garage-good security. Excellent snorkling beach just across the road. Bathroom with good sized vanity and sink. Toilet room small with sliding door that is a problem at times. Great island sites nearby-sunny location. Would return.

This was an ideal place to stay. The location was absolutely superb - could walk tomthe beach easily; excellent natural food market and farmers' market less than 5 minute drive. It was a lovely, low key and easy pkace with beautiful gardens and without jazz.
