Fully equipped corner condo with large lanai.
We spent most of our time on the lanai, watching sunsets, feeling the breeze, and listening to the surf.
Staying in this condo was much more enjoyable than the 2nd half our vacation at the Maui Sheraton.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans, tupperware, blender, toaster, etc., so that meal preparation was a breeze. We were delighted with the little extras, like beach chairs, beach towels, and a large cooler, so that we could picnic at the beach. Also, the Brita water filter was a definite plus. The views are spectacular. The condo is within walking distance, or a very short drive, from Poipu Beach. Location is excellent. The complex is nice and quiet, and management very friendly and helpful. Jim is an excellent communicator, and returned emails/phone calls promptly. It was very easy to make the condo reservation, and a delight dealing with Jim. We can't wait to book again and return to a little slice of paradise!!! Maholo.

This was a perfect place for perfect vacation. Our days would start from having breakfast and enjoying astonishing views from lanai and finish with watching beautiful sunsets while eating dinner cooked on the grill.

The owners of this condo were wonderful to deal with and went out of their way to accomodate our needs and schedule. This condo is very clean with fully stocked kitchen and very confortable spaces. Extra linens and washer and dryer were helpful. It has a great ocean view from the kitchen window, two walls in living room, and master bedroom. The linai was very nice. The ocean breeze kept the unit very cool. Tile floors in most of condo made cleaning very easy. Beach chairs and cooler were used daily and very handy. The condo is very quiet and close to many beaches. We found very nice beaches all around poipu with excellent snorkeling and boogie boarding. South shore Poipu was an excellent choice for Kauai since it is one of the sunniest areas of Kauai compared to East and North shore areas. I also appreaciated that this condo is handicap accessible with bathroom safety equipment if anyone needed it.

This is the best place in Kauai and I have stayed in many others over the last 30 years. Now I only stay here and I call it home. Just walk to the Poipu Beach and swim with the turtles. The air circulation is wonderful in this condo, and that is so important to a very comfortable stay. Wow, the most relaxing place and the best Hawaiian view. Rainbows, emerald flash at sunset and view the whales from the deck and kitchen window. You are close to everything you need and want to do. This is our third stay at this condo. It is prefect every time. We had the good fortune to meet Jim and Cathy on this trip. What terrific, loving people. This is where you want to be. Just don't book it when I want to be here!

The Kauia Condo at Poipu Beach was an outstanding vacation for us. It was very relaxing and offers one of the best Hawaiian views along the south coast that you will find anywhere. We enjoyed the sunset and the rainbows. We were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. It was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.

Extremely clean & great location, from the walk to the beach to seeing turtles within 2 blocks, this place can only be described as paradise.

A very nice corner unit with views of the island, ocean, and great sunsets. It has all the amenities: kitchen, laundry, elevator and tastefully decorated in the Island style. With two full baths and two beadrooms plus a sleeper sofa easily and comfortably sleeps six. Very conveniently located near surfing beaches and grassy beachfront areas.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, where we sat each morning
and evening that offered many sightings of whales. The lanai was a great
place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner was grilled nearly
every evening at the BBQ located a short walk from the building. The
property was not fully wheelchair accessable. The front entrance is
able to handle a chair coming through and there is a roll-in shower in
the main bedroom only. Unfortunately, our son's wheelchair was not able
to fit through the door, so he had to be walked to the bench in the
shower. There was no air conditioning, so in the summer you will have
to depend on the trade winds and ceiling fans. We had no problem in
March. The property was nicely furnished, with a full kitchen. We
certainly enjoyed our stay. There is no beach access. There was an
issue with the one parking spot that was wheelchair accessable, but Jim
handled that in rapid fashion.I would like to add/emphasize that this property should not be considered wheelchair accessible, as the bathroom, although it has a roll-in shower, does not have a door wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pass through.
