We really enjoyed staying at the condo the unit was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and nice. Not so crazy about the ocean view would have prefered staying in a unit that faced the ocean instead of a parking lot and the back of another condo with a small ocean view. The whole time we were there the unit was pretty quiet but we were concerned about the unit under us and the amount of people staying there we think they had at least 10 or more and at times were loud.

We had a lovely time in Poipu Beach at this condo. Picture in the listing are exactly how it looks. Bathrooms are very nice and kitchen is well appointed. Location is great and many activities are very close. Hyatt is right next door and convenient for golf, dining, beach. Clean and well kept and would definitely stay here again. Great vacations was very helpful in booking activities and answering any questions we had.

We rented this condo for a week while in Poipu with another couple. The location was in a good spot - the neighborhood was beautiful and we could walk to many different spots. Kalapaki Joe's was within walking distance and food very reasonable. With the Grand Hyatt right next door we were also able to enjoy their beautiful property and the luau is a must. Poipu beach was a short ride down the road (you could have walked from this property to the beach). We snorkeled at this beach and got to see the monk seal make its way up on the beach to rest during the day. Driving was not so bad, but much road construction - took us two hours to get to Hanalei. The way the condo was set-up was great for two couples - both with their own bathrooms - we took advantage of the kitchen and ate some of our meals out on the lanai. We had a great view of the ocean from this spot. The condo was furnished comfortably - the furniture in the living room could use some updating - the material on the couch was a bit grungy. There were a few minor things in the one bathroom that needing fixing (faucet/drain). Overall I would recommend staying in this unit - once we figured out where we were going it was very easy to get to the places we wanted to see. I would definately return to this property - it is kept up very well and the service we received from Great Vacations was very impressive - anything we needed there were available to assist.

The condo could not have been better. Location is within walking distance to Poipu Beach and a 5 minute stroll to Shipwreck Beach & the Grand Hyatt.
The unit has everything & the deck has the most beautiful view. Love that bistro table & chairs & still can visualize sitting there with a Mai Tai. -

My husband and I took our 2 year old and my Dad to Kauai, and we loved our 2 bedroom condo! I've been a diehard Hyatt fan for years, but condo suits our need so much better as a family. The location was great - walking distance to the Hyatt and the beach. We love the lanai, and dined out there everyday, enjoying the ocean view. The only thing I missed was a bath tub in the master bath, but other than that, everything was perfect. I love that there were Kauai guidebooks, ipod players, DVD player, and kitchen is well equipted for us to cook. Being able to do laundry in the unit was great also.

The condo was lovely & spacious. We were two couples & both bedrooms we had were large with private bathrooms so it worked out just great. They had everything we needed in it as far as kitchen utilities & linens, etc. One needs to have a car to get anywhere from there (but that is probably true about most places in Kauai). It wasn't far to drive to most places we wanted to go to & even the farthest places are not that far...Kauai is a small island. We would recommend staying in this condo.

Poipu Sands was beautiful. Our unit 427 was spectacular. All amentiies were updated. The bathrooms were luxurious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location is perfect. We will definitely rent this unit again.

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The lanai was huge and had a great view of the ocean. We would definately recommend this property!

Spacious, clean, well decorated condo that was perfect for our stay. It was great to have the washer/dryer, the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Location was great -- easy to get to all parts of island, and beach less than 5 minutes walking distance. Loved walking along the beaches and cliffs. Great service, friendly staff. Lots of little touches. Only negative comment we have is that couch in living room is not the most comfortable.
