I can't say enough about the service I received from suite paradise. They made everything right for us during a difficult situation. We've been coming to Kauai for 35 years - every year. We've gone through SP for years and would go no where else. We loved our location and condo and all that goes with it. The pricing is fair and return guests receive a break..
great view but needs upgrading and no handicapped access

I'm a returning guest to Kiahuna plantation ... a wonderful old-school resort. Just love the location, great beach, great restaurant and shopping across the street. But despite the beautiful view of the top floor unit ... the unit was old, dirty in the corners, cabinets doors hanging open, slider wouldn't open, and in need of a face-lift. I stayed in a better situated same layout unit last year for the same price, with better amenities. Didn't say anything during our visit as we were happy with our corner of paradise. But I'll say that I'll rent through Kiahuna Plantation and not through Suite Paradise next time. Oh and by the way, I told them I was handicapped at booking and needed easy access ...Hah. They put us on a third floor no elevator unit. I could barely make it up and down the stairs. The only other unit that suite paradise had at this location was taken so there was no other option. (hhm... isn't this illegal?)

Suite Paradise was a delight to work with. The office personnel were friendly and helpful. Kiahuna Plantation is an oasis in paradise. The grounds with their greenery and flowers are truly lovely. The condo itself is all inclusive with a fully stocked kitchen, large lanai with a great view, and a spacious comfortable bed. The decor fits nicely with the feel of Hawaii. The location is excellent. You go walking in one direction and you're at the ocean, go walking in the other direction and you czn shop at the Poipu Shopping Center or swim in the pool or play tennis. Will be more than happy to stay there again and again!

Very nice accommodations at a good price especially considering the location. Potential buyers should be aware that there is no housekeeping service during the stay. Rarely is this a problem, but something to be aware of when purchasing as it could be an issue for parents with children. Conveniently located to Koloa, Poipu and the beach front. Easily walk to dining & some shopping.
Great location but not a "gorgeous" condo by any stretch of the

We really enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the location of the Kiahuna Plantation. We have no complaints other than the unit could do with a bit of sprucing up - it has a bit of a tired 80's decor. We loved the lanai and the lovely garden outside and the proximity to the beach and the restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
