We rented this lodging for our adult children to join us at our time share stay. Lawai is our favorite place to vacation and its nice to know that we can augment our week for friends and relatives to stay with us, without being crowded. Thank you for offering this service!

This was our second visit to Kauai and rental of LB 1206 from Suite Paradise. The unit was clean and the view outstanding. We were pleased to see that the TVs had been upgraded since 2010. We enjoyed the pool and spa but enjoyed sitting on the lanai best of all. It was easy to reserve the luau at the Smith Family Tropical Gardens through Suite Paradise's activities director with just one touch on the phone. This was our second time going to this luau as well. It is fantastic.
I do hope that you replace the fitted sheets for the beds. The mattress is so thick that the sheet corners do not stay in place. Also, more "quiet please" signs on each floor beside the one by the elevator. Since all bedrooms face the parking lot, we were woken more than once around midnight with late arrivals and their luggage, as well as those returning from night activities. Also, children were running up and down. More signs beside the one might help alleviate that.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

All in all my husband and I had a good experience in Lawai Beach 1206. It was our 30th anniversary. Lawai Beach condo was clean and comfortable. We loved our ocean view. The condo was quiet in the room but at the pool you could hear drills going where there was renovation going on in one of the nearby condos. Although not air conditioned, the room ambient stayed comfortable and it was not needed due to the trade winds blowing throughout and the ceiling fans helped too. One issue was that we had no hot water for two days. At first I thought it might be normal mode but after the second day I made a call to maintenance and someone promptly came to the room and reset the water heater while we were out. It would have been nice to have hot water on the first two days. The staff was friendly. For cleanliness I gave it a three star because I found a small dead cockroach on the kitchen floor.
How can you beat a garden view plus an ocean view from your priv

This was our second stay in 1206. The condo is roomy,
comfortable, and well equipped. We especially like the
in-room washer/dryer. And a rocker recliner! The location
is tops. We can't imagine a better place to stay on
Kaua'i's south side.
