Deposit Policy :
A 1 night room deposit will be charged at time of booking if staying between 01/03/13 & 12/24/13. A 2 night deposit will be charged at time of booking if staying between 12/24/13 & 01/04/14. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.

Cancellation Policy:
Between 01/03/13 & 12/23/13 (Hawaii Standard Time) a 1 night penalty will apply if you cancel within 3 days of arrival. Between 12/24/13 & 01/04/14 (Hawaii Standard Time) a 2 night penalty will apply if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.

Reservation Guarantee:
All reservations are subject to change or cancellation for reasons including but not limited to strikes, owner requests, sale of unit, changes in State and County Laws, acts of God, or failure of guests to vacate as scheduled.

Taxes and Fees:
Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).

Extra Charges:
Total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Cribs are free and available upon request. Rollaway beds are available on request for a fee.

Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
