we have stayed at waikmo stream villas four times and have never had any problems from start to finish. we love the location, the staff and most of all the price. already looking forward to our trip in 2012.

This was my second stay at Waikomo Stream Villas and I would certainly stay again.
Wsv is a moderately sized, well maintained, and homey complex with beautiful mature tropical landscape : we had a banana tree with bananas on it right off our lanai and a sweet smelling shrub was blooming just outside the front door, which perfumed the inside of our unit.
It has a very convenient location that is a short, easy to navigate, drive from the airport. The WiFi worked flawlessly and this unit has a safe where we stored our computer when we were gone. There was some construction noise on some mornings but not very much during the day (and we were gone during most days).
This unit is on the second floor, so it is not suitable for those with mobility limitations. There are first floor units that would be more suitable.
There is no electric air conditioning but the unit is oriented to take full advantage of the tradewinds. We just opened the jalousies on both ends of the unit and a steady pleasant breeze kept everything very comfortable. I have trouble sleeping at night if I am too hot, but I had no trouble sleeping at all.
There is a private home beyond the greenbelt off the lanai and we did hear some of their activity but it was not objectionable and certainly less noise than in some large hotel complexes.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful and are truly committed to your having a good stay and I can confidently say this is the best value on the island.

We spent 5 wonderful weeks at Waikomo Stream Villas. The accommodations were clean, spacious and very well equiped, with everything for a "home away from home" experience. The kitchen was full sized and complete. We were pleased to have the clothes washer and dryer in the unit.
The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained, with lush foliage and a quiet pool. There are barbeques around the property, which we used a number of times.
Waikomo Stream Villas are situated just down the road from the beautiful Robert Trent Jones designed Kiahuna Golf Course, where we played frequently.
Most evenings we walked just out the back of the property and along the ocean, where we could watch the sunsets from the sea wall.
The staff of Parrish Collection Kauai were extremely accommodating whenever we had questions, and Pat secured us the late checkout we needed, which made our last day's stay more pleasant than ever.
We will be back next year.

Enjoyed every bit of it. Born and raised on Maui. Love Kauai..I visit Kauai at least 5 times a year to relax and visit family members.Recommend very highly to stay at The Waikomo Stream Villas..Customer service are awesome, house are clean and complete!!
