Absolutely everything fron the condo to the wonderful service received from staff was far better than we ever expected. Everything looked great from the pictures sent to the promises made. We figured if they came close to being true, then all would be worth it. Well, the condo was far nicer than the pictures depicted, the grounds were paradise, the staff are full time, courteous, and sooo helpful. The unexpected details such as the condition of condo, the decorations and quality, the beauty and care and condition of the grounds, the helpfulness of staff added so much to our holiday. Kauai was our 1st tropical holiday. Our arrival was spectacular. Then when we arrived at our condo, and everything that it was, just added to the spectacle.Our whole time was fantastic, it never stopped. The condo was clean and well stocked with all items needed, and then some.The grounds were quiet and peaceful. No late night parties or partiers to contend with, safe and secure.The birds ,their chirpings and songs were a welcome replacement.
A big Special mention has to go to Novello-our wonderful representative at the Waikomo Stream Villas office. staff member extrordinaire. From the time we arrived to the unfortunate time we had to leave, this lady was the best, the absolute best. Always available to help, advise, and offer if needed.She even helped us to arrange for a lady to come in for a surprise spa treatment for my wife. Everything she advised on was the best.We Thank You so much Novello, and you are such a big reason why we will return to Kauai, and to the Parrish Collection Villas.
The Waikomo location was excellent for all of our travels in and around the island, for all directions.
We will definitely be returning to Kauai.The Parrish Collections will definitely be the choice for accommodations.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at the Waikomo Stream Villas Unit 333. We were very pleased with our choice. The unit is beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable - especially the master bed. Our teenage son had the upstairs loft and bathroom to himself and although it wasn't fully enclosed he felt he had privacy and space to himself. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops. We enjoyed our time in the living room hanging out - the lazy boy was great and we liked having the Sony flat screen tv. We especially liked this unit being on the top floor and end unit with extra windows and ceiling height. The location was in close walking distance to the new shopping centre with restaurants. Also, close driving distance to Poipu and Brennecke Beaches - our favorites. The swimming pool at Waikomo Stream was a good size and we really liked having a deeper end which so many new pools don't have. Parrish Kauai was easy to deal with and our travel plans went very smoothly. We have already recommended this place to friends and would have booked again for spring break next year but someone beat us to it!

We had such a great time in Kauai as we always do! This is the first time we stayed at Waikomo Stream villas, but it won't be the last! We traveled with extended family who also stayed here. Although we were in each a different unit, the property was small enough for us to hop on over for our visits. We spent a lot of time at the pool, very refreshing way to end the day after being at the beach! The temperatures were great and although there is no airconditioning, we just opened our windows in the evening to catch the tradewinds:) It was a nice change to the hum of the machines at other condos we stayed at, and we were able to wake up to the sound of the birds and the palms swaying in the morning. The condo had everything we needed and more! We had the easiest holiday, all we needed to get was food, and we truly enjoyed BQ' ing down by the pool:) We are counting down until we can come back! Thankyou!

The condo was graciously-appointed, welcoming and spacious and the grounds are beautiful. With the loft bedroom, two bathrooms and roomy living areas, the six of us (two fifty-somethings, our two kids in their twenties and their two friends) had enough space for time together and time apart. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals as well. One negative: the broken down sofa-sleeper seriously needs replacement for more than 4 adults to sleep in comfort.

Our stay was very nice except for the construction next door that left a fine layer of black dust over the condo. I realize that this has nothing to do with the condo itself and is a result of circumstances. It will be the perfect place to stay when all of the construction is complete

My wife and two kids (7 and 5 years old) stayed in the Waikomo Stream Unit 333, in Poipu. We really liked the condo. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, and its was a very good value in January, 2010, when we visited. Nice condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Kids loved the loft bedroom.
The only real disappointment -- and it was small -- was the fact that the tennis court was very dirty, to the point of being unplayable, in my view.
One suggestion: We arrived late in the afternoon, and there was no property manager on site to give us our key. We did not know about the mailbox with the key in it, and only found it after calling the Parrish Collection. I suggest that the Parrish Collection make sure that the existence of the mailbox is clearly identified in materials that are sent to the renters in advance of arrival.
We had a great trip.

We have stayed at Waikomo Stream Villas three times
in the last 4 years and has never been
disappointed. Waikomo Stream Villas is set in a
lovely tropical garden, with a stream running
through it. (Usually there are croaking bullfrogs
in the stream, which we think adds to the ambiance
and reminds us that we are indeed in paradise, but
this year the frogs were not there.) Locals live
in many units and are interesting sources of
information and the inside story of the island.
Staying here will be a different experience from
staying in a hotel--much more quiet and private.
WSV is not a resort destination, but a wonderful
home to stay in while you enjoy all the fun and
beauty that Kauai has to offer. They do have a
small pool and tennis courts.
The location is walking distance to a couple of
great beaches, but since you really need a car to
explore the island, I encourage you to go explore
and find an empty beach all to yourself.
The updated units are very nice. Unit 333 is fully
equipped, nicely furnished, very clean, and quite spaceous. The kitchen and master bath have been
updated, with granite counters, etc., but the
upstairs bath is original (adequate, but not luxurious). The unit has cable TV and internet.
(We couldn't figure out the wireless, but they also
had a cord to connect.) It has a washer and dryer,
which is a big plus! The upstairs loft bedroom is
open to the living room and dining room with half
walls, so there is not total privacy there. No AC,
but we never missed it. You can see a construction
site from the side windows, but it was shut down
due to the economy. My only complaints are that
there is not good lighting for reading and the
kitchens cabinets are very high.
If you want a lovely, private place to stay and
don't mind giving up room service or making your
own bed, I would highly recommend Waikomo Stream
Villas. We love it! It's also a GREAT BARGAIN! -

This is the second time we have stayed at Waikomo Stream Resorts and while we loved the first condo we booked here, unit 333 was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect. Had an ocean view and a great private deck to sit and enjoy it on. The furnishings and decorations inside the condo were beautiful! it was like being in a 5 star hotel. Such luxury!

We enjoyed staying at Waikomo Stream. Luckily the construction was not very active over the Christmas season; most of the daytime was spent out and about anyhow, so didn't really affect us even when they were working.
It was a very private rental, even though there are many units on the property.
We enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.
If the unit isn't rented when you are leaving, it would be nice to have the option to have a half day rate to accommodate the late flights leaving the island.
