Our stay at Hale Plumeria was like a wonderful dream you didn’t want to wake up from. The moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. The view from the lanai was relaxing and even the roosters welcoming greeting early in the morning made us all smile and let us know we had another wonderful day in store for us. The property was neat and clean when we arrived and the pictures represented the home well. Poipu 365 couldn’t have been better to work with. Keoki's Paradise was a great place to eat. Sit in the bar/grill area for wonderful food at a lower price. Capt Andy's was super for whale watching and Air Ventures had a great air tour. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. We wouldn’t hesitate about asking to stay at Hale Plumeria on a return visit to Kauai and recommend it to others.

The home was very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with two families, both with young children. The outdoor space was so nice to have for evenings when the kids wanted to play while the adults relaxed on the terrace. The kitchen was great for cooking meals in; we used the BBQ every night. The proximity to the beach was okay - it would not be walkable with kids but it was a very convenient, quick drive to Baby Beach. On your recommendation, we used Ready Rentals for kid equipment and they were very professional. We loved the bonus of having beach towels, toys, and umbrella available at the house for our use.

With 4 separate suites, each with their own bathroom, this was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our 30th Anniversary with our 3 married kids and one grandchild. This quiet location at the end of a golf course had beautiful tropical plants and trees that surrounded the house. I would highly recommend this place to any group.

The house has a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, large livingroom and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - a necessity for 7 adults travelling together. We ate our meals outdoors every evening. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge.
The only drawback was the BBQ which was on its last legs. After trying a few things, the property manager sent out a new one on the 4th day of our stay. They were very responsive to our emails. -

We usually stay in resorts during our vacation in Hawaii in the past. This is our first experience staying in a vacation rental house. I'd say it added a wonderful memory and experience to our Kauai visit. I couldn't wait waking up in the morning or returning from a day trip just to enjoy the house itself. the location is convenient, the surrounding is wonderful and the house is very enjoyable. On top of all these, the cost is very reasonable. I'd recommend Hale Plumeria to anyone without any hesitation.

We loved the neighborhood, and even met a neighbor on the plane, who greeted us again at his house! The house itself is in the process of being updated, and has some very nice finishes.
We had an ant problem in the upstairs bath, and a slight mold smell in the master bath next to the shower. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would rent it again if the opportunity arises.Response from Poipu 365 - 06/27/2012

Many thanks for your comments. Hale Plumeria receives quarterly pest control treatments and any problems in between are immediately responded to by the pest control folks. Next time please pick up the phone and give me a call, we could've immediately rectified the situation. I will investigate the damp odor by the shower and make sure there is not a leak in the wall. Great place! Perfect location for golf. Awesome beaches. Love the small town/village feel of all the surrounding areas. Rained everywhere but on the beach! See you next year!

Everything about my stay at this rental was enjoyable, from my experience with the property managers to the home's convenient location. Everything was within a few minutes, including the beach and great places to watch the sunset, and Kiahuna Golf Course was right in the backyard. The property was beautifully landscaped, as though every leaf was hand polished and groomed. From this location I was able to explore all of Kauai, including many of its hiking trails, sites, and beaches.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We found a few minor issues,(e.g. sticky door locks, leaky tub, screen door off the hinges, smaller beds (thought there were two kings but there were two queens) but no major issues. Poipu 365 was excellent to work with offered to fix some of the issues but we declined as we did not want to be disturbed.
The house is fantastic, very roomy and fantastic for groups (we had 3 couples). Cable, wi-fi, 5 minute drive from Poipu beach. Plenty of plates, silverware, spices, pots and pans. We left boogie boards. -

My husband and I brought our two children, their spouses and children and I can tell you that, other than this being on the beach, this home and peaceful location was all or more than I had hoped for. We were very close to a great shopping area, restaurants and most importantly, Poipu Beach. We will miss you, House. :o) P.S. Thanks to the staff for the fresh flowers. It was a lovely touch.
