as usual the parrish collection delivered a great place for tremendous value. we had never stayed at kahala 113 before and had been renting 2 bedroom units from parrish in the past, but for just my wife and i this 1 bedroom was awesome, ocean view, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, close walk to brenneke's, great furnishings, new tile and faucets, can't wait to come back to kauai and stay at kahala 113, and of course the service was terrifc! thanks parrish

Had a great time in this condo near the beach & handy for bites and walks. Pool pretty nice but a bit crowded in the mornings when senior aquaerobics were in progress. Nice kitchen , grill and a pretty quiet spot.

Great value and location. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf. Very nicely furnished. Salt & pepper shaker would be nice. Shower curtain needed treatment or replaced. 4 stars. Ipad not clicking right.

I was hoping it would be closer to the ocean. The picture on your website made it look closer to the ocean than it actually is. But all in all it was a great condo and very quite. We enjoyed spending our honeymoon at this condo and look forward to visiting again next year.

Home sweet home. This is what we said every time we came back to our place at Poipu Kai #113. We loved the privacy and the spaciousness. We were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and loved everything about this condo. Poipu is the place to stay in Kauai. Everything is easy driving distance away and more important, you can walk to many of the best snorkeling and boogie boarding places on the island. We loved the expansive grounds and the 5 minute walk to the beach, the restaurants and shopping close by, and the helpfulness of the staff. # 113 has everything you could need including kitchen, laundry, iPod connection, spacious bedroom and newly remodeled kitchen, a beautiful decor and our own private outside patio. We can't wait to return.

Unit had very nice updates and was spacious even though a one bedroom. Parrish pays attention to details such as toiletries in the restrooms and nice dishware as well.

I've been to Kauai many times and have always stayed in the Poipu area. This unit is one of the best I've used. It is a newly remodeled one bedroom condo with all the bells a whistles conviently located to all activities. The unit is located very close to the pool for easy access with a nice quiet deck to read and relax on. I would definetly stay here again. Thank you.
