Lawai Beach, great for snorkeling, is right across the road from the resort. P.K.’s, one of the best body boarding and surfing beaches is a couple of hundred yards farther away. A 5 minute drive will take you to Poipu Beach, perfect for swimming, (with a separate lagoon for children), snorkeling, surfing and beach parties.

We loved our unit. Getting checked in was seamless with all our information available at the rental car facilities with clear directions. The landscaping and grounds were beautiful. One day, we had occasion to happen on the grounds at the Sheraton and the Lawai Beach Resort's were hands down much more gorgeous. Our unit was on the market during our stay and needed a home inspection while we were there. The realtor was kind, accommodating & worked around our schedule. She even left a box of chocolates for us as a thank you! The setting was perfect; our lanai faced the ocean and we enjoyed many sunrises from it. The staff were kind and courteous too. It is centrally located and we would love to stay there again! Thank you!

This is a very comfortable unit with a good oceanview. The resort has nice facilities, including miniature golf, fitness facilities, grilling stations, a small onsite store, etc. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The unit was not luxurious, but clean, well-furnished and well-maintained. It's close to some very good restaurants (right across the street from the Beach House), some nice sightseeing points (like Spouting Horn).
The staff was wonderful--both the reservationist Joanne and the concierge Pat. I have a gluten sensitivity and Pat not only directed me to places to buy food and restaurants that were gluten-free-friendly, but found a gluten-free bakery. I would absolutely recommend this unit and, more importantly, the entire Parrish Collection operation. -

Beautiful home. Great location. Kitchen well-appointed. Window sills not cleaned well. We were confused about the relationship between The Parrish Collection and Lawai Beach Resort. We thought that we would be checking in with LBR and be able to obtain services from them if needed. This was not the case, even though we were on their property. Overall, though, a great place and quite quiet. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

The condos at Lawaii Beach Resort are an excellent value in a great location. There are several pools an sight and a very nice gym. You have to drive a little way to restaurants and to get groceries, but it is a clean, peaceful place with good service.

Nicely furnished with plenty of utensils, nice linens, and always a great location. I enjoyed this place very much, as I liked Kauai very much. The only thing I would suggest is that my 2 kids have to sleep on the sofa bed, and the sofa bed is very worn out, I can actually feel the springs on my spine. I wish they could replace it with a better sofa bed.

For our honeymoon stay, we were very pleased with the accomodations at Unit 314 and found it very comfortable and well furnished. We would highly recommend anyone stay here. The setting is pleasant and being able to hear the surf at night was very relaxing.
Having such easy access to the snorkle beach across the way was fabulous and a must see. What a perk to be able to walk out the unit and enjoy the fish, turtles, and luckily a few monk seals. -

We were pleasantly surprised by our accomadations and loved the great view of the ocean from our second story deck. The one bedroom condo was well equiped clean and had a comfortable bed. The nice folks at Parrish Collection checked on us to make sure all was well.

I owned condo #521 at Nihi Kai for 10 years so Lawai Beach Resort #314 was a disappointment for me. The condo was a bit shabby with way too many people on the property and an inconvenient environment. I thought I would a try place different from Nihi Kai (close to the Beach House Restaurant and beach)but decided I was spoiled by the peaceful setting of Nihi Kai. After 3 days Cynthia was kind enough to arrange it for me to transfer over to Nihi Kai, I think #202, which was a very pleasant condo and location.

I stayed at the Parrish for a week and it was perfect. The southern end of Kauai was always sunny, and Poipu Beach was 2 minutes down the road. Right across the street was a great snorkeling and surfing beach - sea turtles everyday!
The unit had everything - there was nothing I ever needed that wasn't there. The service was also amazing - they totally went out of their way to sort out the internet connection the day I arrived.
I'll be back in Kauai to hike the Napali Coast, and I'll be staying at the Parrish again.
