The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and I loved that I could do laundry. The shower was huge and there was plenty of towels. The condo is in a great location close to the beach and easy walking distance to the Poipu Shopping Centre. This was my second stay in 804 and I hope to be back in the next coming year. Parrish Collection is always a pleasure to deal with and I have never been disappointed booking through them.

Loved our stay, would not hesitate to return. Great location near the beach, very quiet area. One suggestion - would be nice if more spices/sauces than just salt and pepper were stocked in kitchen for general use. Next time will pack my own spices.

We have stayed in many condo's over our travels but none quite this well appointed, comfortable, tasteful, relaxing, and on and on...I apologize for sounding drippy but this place was just perfect...great location, great views and I cannot wait to schedule next years vacation at exactly the same place! I would recommend this to anyone. Also, the folks at the Parrish Collection get customer service...exceptional!

The unit is perfectly located -- a few steps away from the resort's pool and tennis courts. And only a five minute beautiful walk to the beach. A barbecue pit is also steps away. The bathroom is super modern as is the kitchen. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We have been staying in condos whenever possible instead of hotels so we can spread out, have some of our meals at home and just feel more comfortable. Staying in someone's home is always a risk even though we try to do our homework and check them out. In this case, we can't say enough about the house. It was spotless, all of the appliances, TV's etc looked brand new, the bathroom was very spacious and modern, there were plenty of dishes, silverware and everything else we have at home. Having the washer/dryer is a big plus.
The house was about 400 yards from a very nice beach and the owners had left beach chairs and beach towels for our use. It is conveniently located near the Grand Hyatt and two very nice golf courses. Although we did not use the tennis court, swimming pool or grille, they were all within a short walk.
The one bedroom was perfect for us (no kids). We would definitely recommend the house. The only thing you will need to buy besides food is extra soap and you will need to wash the towels. The other option is pay 3 times the price at the hotel next door for a room 1/3 the size.
Parrish was a pleasure to work with and was a tremendous help in arranging tours and making recommendations at restaurants -

The unit was great. Perfect size for a couple (1 bedroom/1 bath). No AC but in the off months it probably isn't too hot. Everything was new and updated (kitchen, bath, etc) and the plasma TV was nice!

I've stayed at the Manualoha complex many times - this was the first stay in this unit. It was wonderful! I travel to Kauai frequently for business and found this to be a great place to relax and recharge for the next day. I also travel with my family whenever possible, and next time I am able to take my wife along, I'll be checking to see if this unit is available!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful. Recently remodeled and it had a nice kitchen. The tv's were great. Excellent location, only minutes from the beach.

Fabulous Tennis Courts

The condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful--completely updated with granite, tile, and flooring. It was well-furnished,too. They even had a cooler, body boards, and beach chairs for our use. The resort grounds were immaculate. Our favorite thing was the tennis courts. We walked right out the back door to the courts and played every day. We loved our stay!!
