We are in the area south of Bari, one of the most enchanting areas in Puglia, with a rich cultural heritage and traditions, a crystalline sea and beautiful beaches, In the area you can visit the trulli of Alberobello, the grottoes of Castellana, the historic centre of Polignano with its breathtaking sea views from the 'balconies', medieval Polignano, Monopoli with its fishing boats and baroque cathedral, Cisternino, Ostuni the 'White City' , the Zoo Safari at Fasano, Grottaglie, famous for its pottery and the stones of Matera amongst others. Not forgetting the sea; the best choice of beaches is in the Capitolo area (part of Monopoli) which has a huge selection of beaches, from rocky coves to long sand beaches and both private beaches with facilities as well as free beaches. Many of the private beaches turn into bars and nightclubs after dark, providing a very lively nightlife in the summer months. Polignano has a pretty centro storico & a good choice of bars, restaurants &shops;.

Booking conditions:
50% deposit to secure the booking.
The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
There is a refundable deposit of € 500,00 against damages.
Linen (including beach towels) costs 10€ a head per week, payable locally
Weekly cleaning is 200€ a week, more frequent cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of € 15 per hour
Grocery shopping service - we will pre stock your fridge for you on receipt of a shopping list. All items at cost (receipts provided) plus a 10-20€ fee (depending on quantity).

The villa was perfect for our family and friends (8) and the pool was even better in the flesh than from the pictures. Anna and her team were very helpful both leading up to our stay and during. The location is fanstastic if, like us, you don't want to be in a built up area but are not too far from the facilities and beaches of the nearby city of Monopoli and the charming seaside village of Pollignano a Mare. Plenty of godd restaurants to please all tastes and budgets but if you want a special meal to treat tyourself then a visit to The Masseria Spina (Angelo Sabatelli) is a must.

This spacy villa is a comfortable modern hillside house with an excellent terrace and a large private pool. Also the view from terrace and pool is great. So if you have some cooking skills then the kichen is fully equiped and supermarkets full of tasty italian foodproducts and wines what you can enjoy afterwards on villa terrace. It was great as there really are various places to sit down for a meal or a drink on the terrace. House is new, spacy, with very good planning, fully equiped and all rooms with airconditioning.
It was our first time in villas at all so it seemed for us a bit distant from closest towns, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches so make sure you have a car to go for them. Make sure you have also GPS in your car as the villa is located really in the middle of farms and fields next to small road and it is not so easy to find it even on your third trip back to villa:) But who can suggest a privat romantic villa in the middle of nice town, next to sandy beach with a big pool and nice rooftop seaview can let us know:)
