Beautiful recently restored townhouse in Pollensa old town. The interior with its high vaulted ceilings has been furnished and decorated in an eclectic style providing open plan living spaces ,7 sumptuous bedrooms each with a clean modern en suite bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful and relaxing walled garden with raised swimming pool and on the 2nd floor there is a roof terrace for serious sunbathing or late night cocktails. A brief stroll to the bustling square with its many shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes drive to a number of beaches.

The town village of Pollenca is a very good choice if you wish to spend your holidays in a quiet place not too far away from the beaches and tourist places but not into too crowded locations. The house is very comfortable for a large group of friends and it is worth the money you spend for it. Our only regret is that in the price you pay also for a large garage but you will rarely be able to use it since people can park at the opposide side of the road (which is very tight) and in the high season (we were there in august) it is impossible to move out of the garage. We had to call the police three times in a week...and wait more than one hour each time...We have told so to the owners but they did not offer any reimbursement.
If you go to Pollenca, do not miss to visit alcudia and go to Platja de Muro (near to Puerto de alcudia) where you will find a crystal clear sea and plenty of fishes...fantastic! -

What a wonderful treasure of a house.I can guarantee that all visitors will want to return. It is a spacious beautifully decorated town house situated 5 minutes walk away from the main square in Pollensa. There are plenty of communal rooms and all the ensuite bedrooms have lovely views. There is plenty of space for sitting out with a small garden and pool as well as a roof terrace with spectacular views of the town. Places to explore abound and we particularly enjoyed playing tennis at the local club .Pollensa is full of excellent restaurants and there is a fantastic market every Sunday.I am certainly planning to return to this very special house.
