My husband and I booked this villa and invited my sister and her husband to join us. We had a super holiday and perfect weather! We did, however, have a couple of issues with the accommodation. The villa is tucked away in the old town and had we arrived in the dark would have had trouble finding it. We had some trouble in daylight! It really needs a name on the gate. We were disappointed on arrival as whilst the villa is very adequate and it was spotlessly clean it is not 5* as we in the UK understand this rating and it is a little tired and dated to be classed as 'a luxury property'. The info does say that there are two bathrooms and indeed there are but one excellent bathroom services the bedrooms and the second, a shower room, is at the other end of the villa through the living room, the kitchen and the utility area and really services the pool. This is an expensive property and we did not feel that we got value for money it really needs a bit of TLC and another bathroom to bring it up to scratch. I would recommend because it is in a great location but with these reservations.

We have stayed in Can Simone for 1 week . The villa is large, comfortable and home from home right in the centre of Pollenca old town. The town is charming , traditional and unspoilt. No fast food places just stylish little cafes and places to eat and drink. Lots of history and culture here .
We have found the villa to be a little haven away from the hustle of the town. Market day on Sunday was really enjoyable as a couple of food lovers , we enjoyed trying local cheeses, olives and ham. Lots to choose from , then take back and cook on the BBQ.
Found a fabulos deli too ! Eu Serrel , not cheap but fabulos quality meats and anything else you may want for a gourmet BBQ.
This place has ticked all our boxes !
Note to the owners though... Don't scrimp on loo roll / bin bags ! It let's you down ...
A supply of these basic items is essential .
Overall very very good ! Would like to return :)
