Finca las Rocas de Guixe is a beautiful stone house situated in the pretty countryside. It's been designed with th a feeling of space and bright modern decor. And it's in some of the most dramatic countryside on Mallorca - with open views of the Puig Maria mountain and right down to the sea and the bay of Pollenca.

The rooms have high ceilings, bright white spotlighting, and large windows with superb views of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the double-height hall opens out to a suite of rooms. There's a large and modern kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens out into a dining room and a... cosy extra living room with double sofas and a cast-iron wood-burning stove. The main lounge and dining room is a long and elegant room with lavishly tiled floors and several sets of French windows that open out onto a spacious and shady terrace. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: a twin room and a double room with a bright modern bathroom between the two rooms.

On the first floor there are three further bedrooms. There's a double room with a canopied bed and its own terrace with amazing views over open countryside and right down to the bay of Pollenca. There are also two twin rooms both with en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and decorated in pastol shades. The terraces, pool and garden have been well-designed and carefully constructed. They're full of fig and almond trees and palms. They're the perfect place for relaxing, swimming, reading, and eating outside into the evening - there's a barbecue for great dinner-parties on the terrace. And the garden's also very family-friendly, with lots of space and lawns, and a long gated drive. The long shady terrace is slightly raised to give it great views over the pool and gardens and out into the countryside.

Finca las Rocas de Guixe is a distinctive house, and great for groups and large families. Long, lazy days will be spent here on a memorable holiday - swimming, sunbathing and making the most of the beautiful spaces here at the house and in the gardens. It's also a great base for exploring this part of Mallorca: it's just a 10-minute drive from here to Pollenca's historic old town, and the sea and lovely bays of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia.
