At the start of the picturesque Ternelles Valley, this recently renovated two storey house stands directly opposite the pathway to the historic roman bridge on the edge of Pollença's Old Town. The villa has the ideal combination of being a countryside residence and having all the benefits of being close to restaurants and shops.

Just off the Pollença to Lluc road, electric gates provide access to a private parking area which edges a well-maintained lawn. This impressive villa enjoys unrivalled views of Pollenca and the Calvary steps to one side, and the Puig Maria as an incredible backdrop.

Through the pine doorway, there is a p...artially separated lounge dining room decorated in a striking, contemporary style. The interior is bright and fresh with colourful paintings, and features light wooden ceiling beams and subtle modern spotlighting throughout. Pale wood furniture and a comfortable sofa complete this attractive room.

The kitchen features light wooden units, vitro hob, dishwasher and a stainless steel fridge freezer. A separate utility room with washing machine leads onto the back terrace where there is also a specially constructed barbeque area for outdoor cooking.

To the left of the lounge is a single bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, this bedroom has an additional slide-out bed suitable for an extra child.

Head up the staircase from the lounge to the second floor with a large double bedroom with a sloped beam ceiling and a twin bedroom with beds arranged in an 'L' shape. Each room contains modern, clean white furniture. On this level, there is also a full bathroom with separate bath and shower facilities.

Outside, a stunning cane covered terrace is perfect for outdoor relaxation. The lawn extends along the front of the house and round to the pool area on the far side. Newly planted Cypress tress provide welcome shade for a garden stocked with colourful flowers, verdant shrubs and smaller lemon, fig and carob trees. A peaceful place to sunbathe or dine. The attractive, good-sized swimming pool is made from stone and is of a unique non-chlorine variety. There is also a heated hot tub at the property.

The Villa Can Toni is the perfect villa for a family holiday that mixes the countryside traditions of the region with the modern restaurants, shops and bars.

Pollecna Square was my son's favourite place to play on holiday. Every evening he played football in the square entertaining people as they ate the amazing local cuisines in the restaurants surrounding the square. We would be amazed by people coming over to us commenting on how good they thought he was at football. Pollenca was a beautiful town & extremely child friendly. He cant wait to go back next year to show off his football skills again. We cant wait to go back & be spoiled with the amazing food & authentic surrounding that the town and villa offered.
