Villa Crestaix is superbly designed and furnished with quality, this beautiful luxury villa is situated in the sought after upmarket residential area of Crestaix close to Pollença Old Town, the property also has a gated driveway.

Located on an avenue just off the Palma to Pollença road, large gates divide this new, ultra-modern property from the road. A lovely teak wood front door leads you into this contemporary styled house with its high beamed ceilings and spotlights, with tiled flooring throughout. Like the rest of the villa, the fabulous lounge dining room boasts brilliant white walls, minimalist design furniture and large pictur...e windows that provide lots of natural light.

The spacious kitchen is really special too, expertly fitted with gleaming white and grey units, it features a stylish centre island, vitro hob and white stone surfaces, double sinks, large stainless steel fridge-freezer, plus a separate tap for purified drinking water. The door from the kitchen leads out to the front, covered terrace which is furnished and overlooks the pool. There's also a door to the back garden and the small covered terrace with secluded shaded lawn. The separate utility room has full laundry facilities and a toilet and shower.

Also on the ground level is a simple twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, plus another twin room and a separate shower bathroom in the latest design and featuring attractive grey tiles and stylish chrome fixtures and fittings.

A delightful wooden stairway leads to the upper level where there is a large full bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Here a large double bedroom has spacious floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, plus a sizeable terrace with views over to Meson Crestaix. The upstairs twin bedroom also has a small, private side terrace ideal for reading or just taking in the wonderful mountain views.

Outside, newly-planted cypress trees around the edge of the gardens provide some privacy, plus there's lots of lovely, well-established lush green lawn to relax on. The non-chlorine, saltwater pool is large and deep throughout with roman steps at the side making it unsuitable for small children. The views from the covered terrace are breathtaking and include the mountains, Crestaix Chapel, as well as many nearby palms, fig and Cyprus trees. An ideal spot to enjoy al-fresco dining with the barbecue.
