A lovely family Mallorcan villa with lots of relaxing space and a gated driveway, in the countryside between Pollença and the sea. Villa Es Monserrat is just a few minutes' drive from historic sites, restaurants and shops in the Old Town, and the beaches and beautiful bay of Puerto Pollença. The busier resort of Alcudia is nearby too.
It's cool and airy inside with white walls and tiled floors. All the rooms are at ground level. There's lots of living space - a lounge-dining room with doors out onto the garden terrace, a long kitchen with a breakfast table and utility area.
