Ca Na Copea is in a stunning location on the gentle lower slopes of the Puig de Maria mountain, accessible up a country track next to the famous monument, just off the Pollenca road. It has spectacular views over the old town of Pollenca to the wooded hills beyond, and is only a short walk from the town itself, and is one of the most sought-after places to stay in this lovely area of Mallorca.

The villa is set in large grounds with its own driveway and ample parking area. Ca Na Copea is a traditionally built Mallorcan house made from local stone, with modern styling inside-white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and halo...gen spot lighting. You enter the house into a small hallway and there are two of the four bedrooms off this area - to the left is a double bedroom with shower and WC en-suite and to the right is a large twin room* with a full shower room adjacent. On the upper level is the master double with a Queen-size bed - a room full of character and with its own lovely bright en-suite shower bathroom - and a single bedroom with a full bathroom to the left. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture, fitted wardrobes and offer views over the gardens.

The airy lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan and on this upper- level. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan stove. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace with views straight from a photogrpahy magazine - overlooking the rooftops of the Medieval town and its famous Chruch and Calvari Steps. The gardens and swimming pool can also be seen from this view-point. The kitchen area through an archway from the lounge has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave, and there is also a breakfast bar,

A vine-covered second terrace runs along the entrance side of the house, with wooden tables and chairs. A great place to relax in with views over the gardens and Pollenca Old Town. Looking the other way, there are lovely views of the Puig de Tomir mountain. The gardens at Ca Na Copea are very well cared for with lawns and mature shrubs and Palm trees. The pool itself, in a wonderful sunny location to the side of the house enjoying the beauiutiful views, is surrounded by stone sun-bathing terraces wiith comfortable sun loungers running along the other side. There are parasols here for added shade and this area is very private. There is also a barbeuce to try out the local dishes from the nearby delicatessens and local stores, as well as table-tennis to keep one active and competitive!

This is a lovely villa in a wonderful location and yet is just a short 10-minute walk from Pollenca's main square and its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely beaches are also a short drive away. There are also some great walks on the door-step of Ca Na Copea including the famous Puig Maria walk which takes about an hour to reach the monastery on top and a well-earned drink. The views over the Old Town and mountains beyond are some of the finest you will ever see and it will be hard ot pull yourslef away from the terrraces.

Please note, due to a number of steps around the villa we advise it is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
