The condominium is part of a nine-storey, beachfront resort in the greater Ft Lauderdale area which was opened in 2002 and upgraded in January 2010. The complex has a 24hr front desk to facilitate arrivals, lobby, fitness center, spa salon, rooftop walking track and restaurant. There are two elevators to each floor. There is a poolside restaurant and store. There are two outdoor heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is computer internet access for guests beside the lobby. Had the pleasure of staying at this property last april with my family. Great location directly on the beach-quiet but close to many activities. Kids enjoyed accessibilty to beach-also has 2 pools and hot tub. Unit was quiet, clean and well stocked-washer and dryer in unit-TV in each room. Plenty of room for a family of 6-two full bathrooms an added plus. Owner was very thorough with information-no hidden costs but make sure you state cabana (awesome!) is included in rent. Staff was wonderful and accommodating-just need to factor a few extra minutes for the valet to retreive car. Hoping to make this destination a yearly vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. The beach, sun and Ocean was fantastic. The Ocean view from the side of the building was nice. 2 balconies for all of us to have a view. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Can't beat the free cabana on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The location was awesome. You can walk to the beach or the pool whenever you want and the view from the two balconies was even better than what the pictures show.The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was great , although water pressure seems to be low. The air conditioner is effective but noisy and the kitchen only good enough to warm things or store in the fridge, but cooking full meals would be difficult. The resort staff was very friendly and accommodating as well as the valet, but you do have to tell them ahead of time when you want your car or you may be waiting.
Communication with owner was easy and very prompt to respond your questions. Overall I would not hesitate to rent this property. -

The unit was clean with updated appointments, modern baths and very comfortable beds. We had expected a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and were surprised to find that it was actually an efficiency unit with attached bedroom, so the ks bed was in the same room as the kitchenette and living space...instead of two separate sleeping rooms that adjoined common area. There was a view of the beach in the distance however it did overlook other building tops with a/C units, so not an unobstructed view. Parking was an issue as there were no options other than valet which was an additional cost and took a lot of time waiting for the car as they were all parked a few blocks away. Location is great and resort facilities were very modern.

We really did enjoy the 5 night stay and found the condo very good, roomy and I would say it is ideal for a family group or just two like us who like lots of space.
I always take my laptop on holiday to help me keep in touch with "business" and the wireless connection in our room worked a treat)...so that was bonus.
The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant surprise - breakfast was included with our stay and there was plenty of coffee on tap most of the day as required.
Sue and I enjoyed the food and drinks at the Tikki bar & Restaurant next door (100 yds), especially happy hr; the locals we met/chatted with were all very friendly. Inside that restaurant bands/groups played nightly so there was good entertainment if required and on Sunday an excellent rock band played outside for several hours.
We also enjoyed our Condo' pool and hot tub and walks both ways on the beach - we made it to the pier one day and had cold drinks and watched a few fishermen waiting for "bite" before we headed back. The following day we walked to the lighthouse and harbour inlet and enjoyed watching the boats head in/out of the waterway.
Boca Rattan is worth a visit (for an hr one afternoon) we were amazed at the beautiful houses and boats that grace BR. Fort Lauderdale is around 9 miles away and is certainly worth a visit - we cruised in our Convertible Mustang with hood down and admired the sites and sounds.
I would certainly recommend your condo as a great family apartment. -

I would highly recommend this resort for a quiet restful holiday, but with easy access to night life, shopping and local attractions.
The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The facilities at the resort were very well maintained and local restaurants offered a good variety of food. -

we stayed with 4 persons in July 2010 for a week and enjeoyed the condo all the time. Two lovely and clean rooms, smal kitchen and two greatful bathrooms. The beach was clean and beautiful as shown at the pictures. Perfect service from the resort staff, they were absolutely flexible and helpful. Only think to improve is the noice level in the living room, if the air-condition is in operation. May be it needs to be maintained.
We can recommend all programs of the resort, like breakfirst, dinner, fitness and pool. We had a grat time a like to thank Brenn for the perfect service.
