This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool or venture out for activities. There is something for everyone to enjoy here. No need to squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can feel at home in this immaculate condo. It offers all the amenities of home....only it's at the beach!!!
There is a full-size kitchen, not a kitchenette. There is a full-size refrigerator with an ice-maker so there is no need to buy ice to keep your food cold in a cooler. The kitchen also comes equipped with an oven, stove and microwave. It has everything you need; dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, teapot, dish towels and soaps.
Having a well-equipped kitchen with appliances means you can cook anything from gourmet food to macaroni and cheese, so you control your food budget. There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with 3 gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy outdoor BBQ cooking.
The living room features a full-size leather sofa, flat screen Television, DVD, WiFi and a stereo system. Air conditioning will keep you cool even on those HOT south Florida days.
The Master Bedroom features a king size mattress, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and air conditioning. A large dresser and mirror also compliment the room.
You will also appreciate the reserved parking space conveniently located close to your condo.
