Fully equipped kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, including appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes and glasses. Full use of Olympic style swimming pool and hot tub right outside your door with extreme privacy.

This home our my primary residence with a aditional Private two story cottage, (which we call, 'Su Casa'),in the rear of the home. Our home is immaculate and we love to share it with our friends and guest. We have been living in Pompano Beach for the last 20 years.

Elizabeth and I stayed at Su Casa for six weeks in February and March. For starters, the owners, Rene and Mimi, could not have been nicer. They treated us more like neighbors than tenants, all the while respecting our privacy.A couple of things needed to be repaired while we were then, and they were fixed pronto.We thought the location great from the point of view of jogging/walking/cycling, which we do. Five blocks north you intersect with a 4.4 mile marked track (around the park and golf course), which keeps you out of traffic totally. The hot tub was a blessing after a loop or two around that track. The amenities were fine - nice firm bed, good shower, and we particularly appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly (we have a small cat). Seven or so blocks east is Federal Highway, and with five miles north or south on Federal or just off, you'll find almost every kind of restaurant you can think of.. This was our first experience with a Florida vacation rental. We could not have been more pleased. I'm sure there are many vacation rental horror stories, but this wasn't remotely one of them.
