Welcome to Casa Shores. This spectacular property is truly the very definition of a five star luxury vacation home. Situated east of ocean drive, in the exclusive oceanfront community of Hillsboro Shores (the Atlantic Ocean is less than one block away and the home is provided with a key to a private beach), this Five Bedroom / Four Bathroom custom pool masterpiece offers everything one could ask for. Upon entering the residence through a curbside set of double doors (the entire property is privately walled and gated), you are greeted by a large and very much open (as well as partially covered) courtyard. Inside the courtyard, you will se...e the large custom swimming pool with fountains. The covered portion of the courtyard is slightly elevated and allows guests to overlook the pool area while enjoying the private, outdoor setting.

Entering the home, you are greeted by a large, open living room revealing the custom hardwood floors and high ceilings which span over fifteen feet. The contemporary, white leather sofa is the perfect fit for the space in which it resides and offers a comfortable setting in which to watch the 50” plasma television. The entire living and dining area offers impressive floor-to-ceiling windows allowing guests unobstructed views of the courtyard and pool area.

The open and newly designed granite kitchen is equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. The adjacent dining room offers seating for eight (8), along with seating for an additional four (4) at the nearside wet bar. In addition to the downstairs area, the home offers the large and extremely private master suite. The master offers a king size bed, two night stands and dresser with a 42” plasma television. The master bathroom offers a fantastic walk-in shower along with a new granite vanity sink. Located off the master bedroom is a double set of sliding glass doors which lead to a private sun deck overlooking the pool. Also on the ground floor is the first guest bedroom, offering a queen size bed, nightstand and dresser. There is also a second (not to mention newly designed) full size bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a full size, walk-in laundry room.

The second floor offers guest bedrooms two, three and four. Guest bedroom two is equipped with two queen size beds, nightstands and dresser, along with a plasma television. The second guest room also offers a private, full size bathroom. Guest bedroom three offers a king size bed, two night stands and dresser, along with a plasma television. Guest bedroom four offers two twin beds, one nightstand and a plasma television. The fourth full size bathroom is newly designed and offers a marble, walk-in shower and granite vanity. All three guest bedrooms on the second floor offer private entry to a large, open sundeck which overlooks the pool area down below.

The private beach is breathtaking and offers picturesque, unobstructed views of the inlet leading into the pristine Atlantic Ocean, not to mention the world famous Hillsboro Lighthouse, which provides the most powerful beam of light in the world.

This fantastic property comfortably sleeps 12 and is also provided with an aero mattress. Pack-n-Play is available upon request.

  My family and I (all 12 of us) recently enjoyed an incredible family vacation at Casa Shores in Pompano Beach! The service from the moment we booked our getaway up to and including while we enjoyed our week long vacation was top shelf. The staff was eager to help answer any questions and provide any additional information, making it incredibly easy for us and a pleasure to deal with!
  
  From the moment we first walked through the door to start our family vacation, everything was perfect. The space of this home is incredible, especially if you are looking at travelling with a large family. Every bedroom was modern and beautifully decorated and provided an incredible amount of space, especially those closets!!
  
  The outdoor area of the home is spectacular, a wonderfully large sitting area (to enjoy those wonderful Florida evenings), including a space for catching the daytime sunshine! The pool was unbelievable, so much so the kids didn't want to get out! It was all fully loaded with high end loungers and chairs, great for sitting poolside.
  
  We loved having the ability to bbq, as well as the large (very functional kitchen) including a wonderfully large dining room table for family meal times, allowing for us all to sit together!
  
  The location of the home is perfect, especially if you love to shop! You are close to a wonderful mall, Target and grocery stores, and it doesn't take long to get to where you want to go, how convent! Plus, having the private beach access was very handy, providing for many wonderful walks along the beach.
  
  I would fully recommend this diamond in the rough "family" friendly home to anyone, and certainly would not hesitate to return again with my own family. This trip was a well needed retreat for my entire family and it provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy time together, including some cherished memories that we will never forget!

  Casa Shores was a great house with a lot of space. It was close to the beach and the house had a pool and a great outdoor space. The photos were exactly what you walked into. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definately recommend this property to friends and we are planning on returning in June. The house is located a block from the beach. Our reason for going every summer is a girls get away and really to just relax and get away from everyday life. This house was great for that. We spent every day by the pool relaxing and cooking out. Just what we needed.

  By The Sea Vacation Villas has yet to let me down!!! I have used their services for my vacations now 4 times! Every year my family and I travel to S. Florida. We found them when we decided to go on vacation last minute. They had one of their properties available, that goes by the name of Casa Shores, due to a last minute cancellation. They were so professional and sympathetic to our situation that I had no doubt about booking with them. We arrived at the home and not only was it exactly as advertised...it exceeded our expectations tremendously!! Casa Shores is like an Oasis with it's high celings, wood floors, spaciousness, cleanliness...I could go on and on! The outdoor area greeted us with beautiful, custom patio lounging furniture and a beautifull huge heated pool! To top it off we had our own key to a private beach!!! It was the best vacation we had yet to experience...so great that before we left, we booked the same home again for next year!! We couldnt thank Btsvv enough!!

  Hillsboro Shores Home

  Our family of 3 generations stayed in this home for one week in april. We chose the home primarily because we could avoid driving to the beach and that it also had a lighthouse. We called it our lighthouse. We walked to the beach for the sunrise, to play in waves and to end the evening. The house was very roomy, and the deck large enough so we ate most meals poolside. We were greeted by a member of the sales team, and we called if we had questions about anything. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to everything.

  Great pool, great house, great vacation!!

  Our extended family of 9 stayed at Casa Shores over spring break. It was a great house and we had a fabulous stay. The photos hardly do the property justice! The house was larger than we expected and well laid out. The bedrooms are spacious and have more closet room than I do at home! There are 5 nicely decorated bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and easily accomodated our three family units. The heated pool is a great amenity and was used more than a few times a day. We really enjoyed having breakfast by the pool which was made easy with the pass through kitchen window. There is lots of patio furniture around the property. What I loved best is that you can have breakfast by the pool, read in the loungers off the master or have Happy Hour in the yard with the cute little geckos that like to visit. The house is located a few minutes from the beach and decent shopping. All in all, we had a great stay and would definetly recommend this property!!!

  The property was a good size for our clan of 14 people. It was spacious and everyone loved the outdoor pool. And, the price was right. We thought the inside needed some routine maintenance; also, more lighting (such as additional lamps) during the evening hours would have made the place more inviting. Access to the private beach was great. Our family really took advantage of that. We want to especially acknowledge the property management team of By the Sea Vacation Villas, the group we worked with in securing the property for our vacation. The team was very responsive to our needs.

  Thank you for the review. Casa Shores is truly a wonderful vacation home, particularly for larger groups, as there are five spacious bedrooms. The private beach access is truly a bonus. I would like to inform you we have in fact added additional lighting in the main living area of the home. The new lighting is fantastic and adds a whole new dimension during the evening hours. We have also added all new poolside cushions for the furniture and chaise lounge chairs. Annual maintenance which keeps Casa Shores in first class condition.

  First Class Beach Home For a Much Needed Getaway! My large (extended) family and I recently escaped the frigid winter of the upper north east and elected to rent this vacation home, along with two other homes, through By The Sea Vacation Villas. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and warmth we received from the staff and the home was exactly as advertised: Large, spacious, private with a fantastic private pool area in a perfect beach location.
