WELCOME TO COCONUT HAVEN - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, heated pool, hot tub and only 2 to 3 minutes from beautiful, sandy beaches. This is really a special and beautiful home with water views through huge glass sliders from all but one bedroom. Enjoy watching the boats go by from our gliding chairs on our 100' dock, or use our fishing gear and catch some fish off the dock. Let the kids pick bananas from our banana trees, delicious!. Like coconuts? We have coconut trees all along the water.

A CHERRY EAT-IN KITCHEN that's a chefs dream is open to the living room so that you can be part of the party while cooking. We have custom, tiered gr...anite counter tops and cook top center island, all stainless steel appliances, plasma wall mounted TV that can be seen from the kitchen and living room. All this with views of the water and boats going by.

WHAT A LOCATION! Only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport, close to the beach, extremely quiet but surrounded by activities. A championship 36 hole golf course is 5 minutes away, dozens of restaurants are within minutes. night life, tennis, gyms, the Goodyear Blimp, and local airport with miles of walking and running trails. Shopping malls with Macys, Sears, Lowes, JC Penny and many more. Go shopping at the huge, indoor/outdoor Sunrise Swap Shop, Sawgrass Mills or the Festival Mall where they have hundreds of shops. We have water parks, extreme cart indoor go cart racing, horseback riding, fishing charters and boat and jet ski rentals.

BEACHES AND BEACHES!! Coconut Haven is located in the center of about 28 miles of gorgeous, sandy Florida beaches. Pompano Beach and the famous Pompano Fish Pier are only 3 minutes away. Park at the beach for only $3.00 all day, Relax on the beach and let the kiddos play in the playground, swim and have fun in the surf. Adventuresome? Want a change of scenery? Drive down A1A South a few minutes and try to Ft. Lauderdale Beach, or North to Deerfield Beach. All are beautiful.

DINE within 5 minutes at Carrabas, Outbacks, Friday's, Bonefish Grille, Denny's, The Olive Garden, Dunkin Donut and more. MacDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King and pizza parlors. Want fancier? We have a list of white table cloth restaurants in our Guest Book, and if that is to fancy, we also list and rate restaurants the locals visit. We have dozens and dozens of fabulous local restaurants.

THE FAMILY ROOM has a flat screen TV, a green leather convertible couch, chairs and a computer work station. The dining room table and chairs are adjacent to the kitchen with views out the sliding glass door. Every bedroom has cable TV, the kids will love it!

A HUGE MASTER BEDROOM has water views from three walls, two glass sliding doors, a couch at the end of the bed plus with a real sexy glass block and marble shower that has wall jets, a ceiling rain shower and standard shower. The sunken hot tub is only two steps out of the master bedroom slider.

OUTSIDE is a long dock by the water, a huge patio surrounding the pool and hot tub plus privacy galore. The pool has an underwater light for night time swimming in the warm, heated water. We have chaise lounges, patio chairs, glass patio table and chairs with tables and a gas grille all for your comfort at the pool.

ALL this in a wonderful, quiet, crime free, child safe neighborhood of year round residents. The local kids play safely in the street as we only have local traffic in this small community called High Ridge.Read more

On a very wide "Grand Canal" that flows from the everglades to the intracoastal, then the Atlantic Ocean. A very quiet street with only 7 homes in a very quiet and peaceful child safe neighborhood.
Close to everything. walk to the liquor store, Publix Market and several restaurants. Only a 3 or 4 minute ride from miles and miles of beautiful sandy beach. Sit in the pool or hot tub and watch boats go by.

  Coconut Haven was a perfect 'home away from home'. We travelled with another family 4 adults and 4 children in total. When we stepped through the front door, we knew we would enjoy our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and spacious. With a central lay out plan, the renovated kitchen is the hub of the house. Glass doors back on to to pool and intercoastal water way. I don't know what we liked better - morning coffee as the sun was rising or mid-afternoon happy hour and the evening sunset!
  
  The back patio - complete with heated pool and hot tub - were perfect to keep the kids occupied. There was lots of space and seating for entertaining as we had other family staying in the area that dropped by for a BBQ and a swim.
  
  After a busy day, the living room had plenty of seating for everyone and the bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the house. Great privacy for two families staying together but needing some of their own space.
  
  The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The Wal Mart Neighborhood Market is within minutes drive as is the beach.
  
  Loved this house and what it has to offer. Mal and Dianne were great to deal with. Very prompt in returning e-mails and responding to inquiries.

  I stayed with my wifre, mother in law and two young children and never did we feel crowded. The house is very well laid out with each of the three bedrooms opening onto the pool via sliding patio doors. It was very cozy and we quickly felt at home, and everything is provided, including alot of pool toys. The was alot of nice patio furniture, the BBQ was large and modern. The house itself was very well kept, clean and the beds, especially the king size, were very comfortable. The price we paid was well worth it, and we feel we received very good value for our money. I can reccomend this house without reservation!
