All the comforts and privacy of your own home but with a million dollar view of intersecting ocean access canals, your own private heated pool and jacuzzi, a private dock if you want to bring your boat and a beautiful, private deck to enjoy alfresco dining with soft Florida breezes and fabulous sunsets sparkling all the way down the canal. The interior of this lovely vacation home offers an open and spacious living area with a great kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The 20 ft. high ceilings and glass sliding doors on every wall give magnificent views of the pool, water... and tropical landscaping. The beautiful Master Bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a queen size Fouton, a California Custom walk-in closet, double sink vanity and large shower with floor to ceiling frameless shower doors. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has an adjacent full bath. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, making sleeping accomodations in the house for up to 8 people. Beach towels and equipment are available, as well as use of bicycles and kayak rentals to cruise the 32 scenic miles of canals waiting out the back door.

If you are looking for a change of scenery, South Florida's gorgeous beaches are a little over 2 miles east - just a short drive, bicycle ride or even walk, away. Fabulous shopping at South Florida's multitude of great malls are close by, as well as many oustanding restaurants for every budget, If swimming sunbathing, snorkling in the ocean, fishing or boating get boring, the gorgeous Florida Keys are a short drive to the south, Disney World is a mere 3 hour drive to the north, Lion Country Safari is an hour's drive to West Palm Beach, the fabulous art deco hotels, exotic dining and sightings of the "beautiful people" are to be found in Miami's South Beach. South Florida has a myriad of golf courses, tennis courts, casinos,attractions and there is always a concert, an art show an antique show, or something to entertain you while vacationing in America's playground. This beautiful home is located at the end of a residential cul du sac street in a lovely ocean-access water front community. There are wonderful, tropical views from almost every room in the house of swaying palm trees, lovely pool and spa, overlooking sparkling boat lined canals and Florida sunsets to die for. If outdoor living and entertaining is your thing, you have come to the right place. The I-95 Atlantic Blvd. exit is approx. 2-1/2 miles west, the Florida Turnpike is about 5 miles to the west, and the closest beach on the magnificent Atlantic Ocean is only 2 miles to the east.. Just a mile or so to the south on A1A, is quaint and fun Lauderdale by The Sea. Every direction offers something to make your Pompano Beach vacation a most memorable one.

Extra Fees include Cleaning Fee of $120.00 per week, baby Cribs ordered upon request, and processing fee of 3%. Between April 30th and July 31st, weekly fee is $1200.00 and monthly fee is $4000.00. Each additional month is $3800.00. Ask about special rate for Easter.
Security Deposit of $500.00, refundable upon damage inspection. $150.00 pet deposit.
One-half total rent due upon confirmation of reservation and total non-refundable balance due 45 days prior to arrival. NOTE: There is wireless internet throughout .
