Watch the sunrise over the waterway and set behind the lovely large swimming pool. In between, go for long walks or swim on the endless beaches just a few minutes away. Enjoy lots of shopping and restaurants close by knowing that you can return to your own private patio to watch the boats go by on the waterway. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped.

My daughter and I stayed at this house for about 7 days. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals and getting to watch the boats go by. Very relaxing! We laid by the pool to soak up the sun and then have a relaxing swim. The hot tub took away all of our aches and pains away after a full day of shopping at Sawgrass Mills Mall. This mall is within 15 minutes to drive from the house. All the amenities are very close by. The beach is also only a few minutes drive from the house. There is so much to do and see that we need to make another trip back. The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, spacious, modern and clean. Everything you need is there for you! Great rental house is a quiet, safe neighbourhood!

I stayed here with a friend and her son and had a great time. We spent our days swimming in the pool, visiting nearby beaches and shopping malls and our evenings eating outside and relaxing in the hot tub. It was close to many amenities and even enjoyed a night out in downtown Fort Lauderdale - the taxi ride was only $20. The bed was extremely comfortable and it is a very quiet neighborhood but there was lots of activity on the canal for us to watch. I would definitely go back again.

I have stayed in this house twice. My husband and I stayed here in November 2011 and enjoyed it so much went back again in March 2012. This house has all you need for a relaxing vacation. The Pompano beach is beautiful only 3 miles from the house but don't stop there as there are many others close by as well,everything you need to enjoy them is supplied. The house is clean and comfortable especially the beds. I so enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the activity on the canal. The pool is perfect and the hottub a bonus. The owners are very accommodating I would definitely reccommend this hom as your home away from home.
