We are nationally rated as a Superior Small Lodging with a friendly staff and all the comforts of home. Enjoy full kitchens, king beds, big screened-in porches, free Wi-fi, free parking, laundry facility, beach gear, BBQ and tropical gardens.
The Cottages are located on a quiet street in the safe, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 10 minutes South of Boca Raton. From Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport or Miami International Airport:
Take I-95 North
Pass the Fort Lauderdale exits (Broward, Sunrise, Commercial, Cypress Creek)
Exit East on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.
Cross the Intracoastal Waterway bridge.
Turn right at the first light onto Hibiscus.
Go three blocks and turn left on SE 3rd Street.
Cottages are a half block down on the left just before A-1-A.
Parking is available by the entrance.

We honor AAA, AARP and Military discounts.
We offer nightly, weekly and 4-week rates with a three-night minimum stay. For longer stays, every 4th consecutive week is discounted or free.
Rates for holidays & special events may be higher. We accept all major credit cards.

A 50% payment of the rent, exit cleaning fee ($75 or $100) and 11% state and local taxes is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $500 security deposit is due prior to arrival, and is placed as a temporary hold on the funds – not a charge – to the credit card.
*Rates are subject to change until confirmed. **Nightly rates include the exit cleaning fee.
Small dogs: inquire / pet fee.
For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed.
