Rooms have a balcony with views over the garden and towards Mount Vesuvius.
Guests can relax in the small, furnished garden which has a children’s play area. There is an outdoor pool featuring a large sunbathing area with sun beds.
The B&B; offers accommodation in 4 bedrooms (max. 12 people):

As a family of four, we felt very welcomed by Eduardo and his family. The accommodation was perfect for our family and it was easy to get to Pompeii and Naples by train. Although we had to take a bus to Naples due to a train strike but that was nicer than the train.
On Eduardo's recommendation we went to a local restaurant Verace, which turned out to be fantastic and even does karoke on Friday nights. The food was delicious as was the homemade treats made by Raffaella (Eduardo's Mum).
Only problem we encountered was a loud ticking noise in our room at night.

J'ai loué le B&B; pour une semaine, adulte avec deux pré-ados, pour visiter PompéÏ et les alentours. Le séjour a été très réussi. Les ados ont adoré le petit déjeuner complet, avec choix multiples, la piscine reposante après les visites harassantes sous la chaleur de Juillet.
Nous avons aussi très bien dormi, dans de grands lits confortables, aidés par la clim. La salle de bains était très propre et le ménage fait chaque jour. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les conseils de nos hôtes pour toutes nos sorties, que ce soit itinéraires, restaurants, visites. Wi-Fi, télé, étaient en bon état de marche, pour faciliter notre voyage.
Merci à nos hôtes, Edouardo et Raffaele, accueillants, disponibles et très chaleureux.
Pour une visite de la Campanie, ce B&B; est central; On peut rayonner facilement vers Naples, Paestum, Capri...Il se trouve aussi à la lisière de PompéÏ, et donc très reposant après les dures (et merveilleuses) journées de visite des sites.
Bravo, Edouardo et Raffaele pour l'aménagement de votre maison. -

Our family stayed here for three nights in april 2012, and we enthusiastically recommend this B&B; to everyone. Eduardo and his family took great care of us - including greeting us with limoncello and homemade cake. The family room was perfect for our family of four, with a queen bed for us and two twin beds for our children. The bathroom was a little larger than what you would expect from a typical European B&B;, and their was free wi-fi that extended to the room. The secure off road parking was nice. Breakfast was delicious (homemade pumpkin marmalade!) and served in their breakfast room where you could enjoy tv or a video of some of the nearby attractions. Our children enjoyed some of the games in their rear courtyard, and our youngest even braved the cooler temperatures to use the pool, which was nice and clean. The location was within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the Scafati train station which connects you to Pompei/Sorrento/Naples - or within a longer walk (30-45 minutes) of the Pompei ruins itself. The walk is over local roads that don't always have sidewalks, but we managed just fine. The restaurant recommendations were great - they even knew a place that delivered great Neapolitan pizza right to our room! Overall, a nice place to stay, and an even better value for a family!

Il Fauno is a family run B&B; that providing fairly priced, clean comfortable accommodation with very friendly and thoughtful service - local maps, home baked treats on arrival, restaurant recommendations and directions to the ruins, all pre-prepared in English. Breakfast was generous with a selection of fresh, home baked and varied food. Pompeii is not a wealthy area and the secure parking was a real benefit.
