Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The outside deck/balcony overlooks the par 3 executive golf course and the intracoastal with a beautiful western view and incredible sunsets . Stroll to the beach just across the street or park in the exclusive Beach Club.

Harbour Village includes a 107 acre conservation area with elevated walkways that lead to a private fishing pier on the Intracoastal Waterway (Halifax River). Just a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and some of the best white sandy beaches in Florida. Located in the quaint town of Ponce Inlet, home to the Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse and State Park on the Inlet.
The Private Beach Club is open to residents and guests only. Located right on the beach, the Beach Club has a large club room, full kitchen with bar area, high definition TV's, exercise room, bathrooms complete with showers and lockers, wet and dry sauna's, and an outdoor spa next to the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Atlantic Ocean is a short walk away and you can charter a fishing boat at the nearby Inlet Harbour Marina or fish from your choice of 2 docks, one the Halifax River or at the jetty's.

Words can't describe this breathtaking piece of heaven. We have rented from the Fava's for the last 3 years and each time it gets better. The community is extremely friendly and the amenities are fantastic. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent in Ponce Inlet.
