Charming independent villa with private pool situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding Florence, near the small town of Rufina. This property dating back to the 15th century is quietly situated and offers nice views over the surrounding landscape.
The owners who are very nice and friendly people, live on the premises but do not share the use of the pool or the garden. The villa comprises a restored barn with its outbuilding (adjoining the owners house) and offers nice outdoor areas with a gazebo, tables and chairs.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 2,5 km.
