Casa Mirador is situated above the beautiful village of Simes and has wonderful, panoramic views over the
vine filled valley below and into the distance the atlantic coast.
It sits in beautiful, terraced, mature gardens of 3000sqm with lawns, vines, waterfall, ornamental fish ponds and trees.
There is a large infinity swimming pool with shower and sun lounger terrace, which in summer is shaded with muslin curtains and filled with cusions, a perfectly relaxing place
to sit and sip on a glass of locally produced Albarino wine. There is a garden shower and bathroom equipped with towels, soaps and shampoo.

The villa benefits from great communications, in few minutes you can reach Sanxenxo, Cambados, Pontevedra. Combarro
Simes is centrally positioned, perfect for visits to Sanxenxo, Combarro, Pontevedra and Cambados, which are all within 20 minutes drive.
The beaches of A Lanzada, Areas and countless other smaller ones
are close by.
The village has a small shop and bar, there is a bigger supermarket within 5 minutes by car. There are also many other loverly hidden bars and restaurants in the area and the house is equipped with all the information you need to help you find them.
Combarro is a must visit place, it is the best preserved village in the Rías Baixas, maintaining a picture of a XIX century fishing village. Another must visit are the Atlantic Islands of Cíes Islands and Ons. Walking their numerous paths and enjoying their amazing cliffs and their pure-white sandy beaches is a delight for the senses.
Rodas Beach, in Cíes, was declared by the British newspaper “The Guardian” as the best beach in the world.
The wonderful old town of Pontevedra is also a lovely place to explore.
All in all this really is a great place to explore Galicia.
