Stay in beautiful clean rooms with comfortable beds in a private home with a full made to order breakfast chosen by you at a time you choose. Dine on fine china with gold flatware, crystal glasses with linen napkins, and candlelight.. Our rates are $75-$160 USD depending on which room you choose, how many in your party, and how many days you stay. Our guests who stay 2 nights receive 25% off the second night. Maximum discount for one night stays is 10%.

Rates vary depending on room chosen, number in your party, number of days staying, and which room one chooses. $75-$160. 10% discount given for Mon -Thurs, Military, Seniors, Groups, Families. 25% discount given for stays longer than one night. Does not include housekeeping for this rate. Rates above are for two persons in the most expensive room. The minimum rates are a range of $75-$98 for a single person staying more than one night depending on the room. If you tell me what rooms you want and how many persons in each room (no more than 2) and for what dates, I can give you an exact quote but I need this information to be able to give you an accurate quote.

Because I was working long hours I didn't require Sharon to fix me a full breakfast (although I'm sure it is wonderful), but she was very kind and made me homemade muffins every day to take to work with me. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable (I slept right thru a pretty large thunderstorm).

We were drawn to Pontiac by the Route 66 Museum and our stay at Three Roses was unexpectedly the highlight of this part of our trip. A beautiful home, wonderful hospitality, and Sharon is an outstanding cook. Supper, of course, is optional but the only thing better than the delicious breakfast was, indeed, our supper. Sharon asks for your food order(s) in advance which guarantees a meal of exactly what you want.
