Private house with 8 apartments to accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
A quiet location on the hill surrounded by pine forest, 200 metres from Hotel Diamant (Porec - Jug), 500 metres from the beach, 900 metres from the Porec Old town centre, private covered parking.
The property also features free Wi-Fi connection, air-condittioning, full central heating in all rooms.
The apartment (Penthouse) for 4 people is situated on the second floor. It has fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with sh & wc, separate wc, large covered balcony, air-condition, central heating, satelite TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi.
Grocery shop, restaurants and bars can be found 200 metres away. There are many more bars, restaurants and sights in the historical centre of Poreč. Bus Station and Ferry Port can be reached within 900 metres.
Nearby sports facilities include: outdoor and covered tennis courts, a basketball hall, volleyball courts, a mini golf course, an adventure and Activity Park, water sports centre, Ski-lift Porec and newly opened Water-park Aquacolours Porec.

““Nice place for a vacation””
It was great experience! The host was really friendly, nice and helpful. The place was clean and quite modern. Even though the house was not near to the beach, the view was amazing.
