A Mallorcan finca just oozing with charm. The property is on 8000 M2 of land surrounded by impressive dry stone walls. The gardens are divided into three main areas. Lawns and flowering plants around the house, Vegetables and fruit trees in another sector and natural land at the far end. The stone walled house has a separate guest house adjacent to it and there is a beautiful designer swimming pool next to the lawns.

Only 18 km away from the most beautiful natural beach on the island is the town of Porreres. The soft hills with woods, almond and apricot groves creates one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island. Far from the main traffic routes Porreres is able to preserve its rural tranquillity and still plays an important part in the islands agriculture.
Vineyards stand side by side with sheep cattle and fruit farming. There are some wonderful restaurants in the vicinity and a night out in Palma is only 35 minutes away.

The perfect combination of country and sea. Lounging by the pool and enjoying the time in the garden...the perfect place to read or enjoy a cocktail. I loved cooking in the kitchen it just creates a space to chat enjoy time with friends. All of our needs were taken care of, it was effortless. Thank you to the Clough's for such a wonderful home away from home!

This was a delightful country house. We came as two couples. We all were able to have our own space and find much tranquility when required whilst sharing our time together as friends also. The pool is very nice. Outdoor dinning area a treat.
The property is in a good spot to use as a base for discovering the island, as we did. Especially the south, east and north.
The owners were kind to use. The kitchen was well equipped and had a few basics items already there for us to use (tea, spices, oils, etc). -

We highly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent for a 'get away from it all' break, in the heart of the country but with easy access of the sea. The house is very comfortable with all necessary facilities tastefully presented. There are amazing views of the Majorian countryside from the house, garden and swimming pool. The garden and pool are beautiful and well kept. A car is essential. We loved the whole experience.

I was absolutely delighted with our stay at this enchanting and peaceful place, everything about it was so special, the view on the countryside, the charm of the house, the beautiful swimming pool and gardens.
It is also a perfect situation to visit the island, or go to the different beaches. The village nearby offers a good selection of "menu del dia" or more refined dining.
I would recommend this cottage to anybody who wants to be away from it all, although within easy reach from the beautiful historic Palma and other places to visit on the island

A perfect place to unwind and recharge. It is a good base for exploring the island or to simply relax by the pool and enjoy the stunning views. For an evening stroll there are nice walks from cottage around farmland and quiet country lanes - the flowers were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating owners. The cottage has charm and character.

We picked this villa to experience the rustic charm it promised: and boy did it deliver!
Stone house with beautiful features throughout. Large windows in the living room make for an interesting view of the landscape.
The views from the terrace, from the self-contained apartment, and from the master bedroom are just magnificent. Early morning we could see the fog lifting in the plain, with the hills peeping out on the horizon.
Having rented outside the typical holiday season (winter!), we did not make use of the villa's pool. We would love to come back at different times of the year to see the garden and scenery change with the seasons!!
Location is isolated so a car is absolutely required. We had poor mobile phone signal but maybe different operators would have a better signal.
Owners were friendly and offered help on local amenities, etc.
