Best vacation I have ever had, great alaskan experience.

Left on 08/12/2012 for a stay in July 2012

From the minute we left Sitka in the float plane we were engulfed in what life in a remote alaskan town is like. The scenery is incredible. The hospitality made us feel like we were visiting a friend's home. The fishing, the wild life, the food and meeting the local towns people made for the experience of a life time. Whales, sea lions, sea otters, Sitka deer, bald eagles and brown bears were daily sights. Kevin is an excellent guide. There is a good variety of fresh and salt water fishing. Food was plentiful with all meals amazing (fresh halibut lasagna, barbecued steaks, fresh fruit, fresh salads, homemade ice cream). Karen's cooking is amazing. This was a dream vacation for my son and myself. Neither one of us wanted to leave. Hope to go back as soon as possible and have highly recommended this trip to family and friends.
