This unit boast an open dining area and livingroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom two twins, both bedrooms have their own bath. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has not been well maintained. For example, the sinks and fixtures are old and rusty in the bathrooms, there was a cigarette burn on tub, etc. I would not stay there again.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the property overall, including location etc. The only complaint we and all other tenants we spoke with was the lack of internet service. In my opinion this can only harm your business as in this day of needing instant information access, word does get around about the poor service. THIS IS A MOST NECESSARY REQUIREMENT THAT NEEDS UPDATING ASAP

We love this condo! The location within the complex, the location on the island, and especially the very thoughtful and fun decor... Obviously a lot of love has gone into preparing this home-away-from-home for visitors. We were very comfortable, we made breakfast and one meal a day in the fully-equipped kitchen, and there was plenty of room to spread out when we needed some down time from each other, and then when we wanted to hang out together, there were cards and televisions with DVD players. It was a great stay! We'll be back, but only when this specific condo is available. :)

The only downside was that it was located on the 3rd floor (which they don't mention when you book but the view was great and the place was adorable. Super close to beach & pool.

My best friend flew in from Cali after not seeing her for 5 years. Myself, Sister and friend drove from Austin and found the Condos very easily. To our delight the room was perfect. 1 queen and 2 double beds, a great view of the gulf from the balcony, and since we brought lots of food, we were very happy the kitchen was well stocked. We had a fantastic time. We will book again soon.

The location was perfect, and the condo was in very good condition - not immaculate, but clean. Enjoyed our trip immensely. The view from our deck was slightly obstructed, but we could see the Gulf from our location while sitting on the right side of the deck. I loved the covered parking; really cut down on the additional salt spray on the windows overnight when the winds would pick up. It would really be helpful to put an icemaker or at least ice trays in the freezer. Additional towels would be helpful as well - two towels per person for the whole week is really chintzy. Other than a few minor issues like those mentioned, the experience was very positive. We will most likely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was spotless when we arrived. A short walk to the beach that we walked to every day. No one complained about uncomfortable beds (4 teenage boys)!! There is a journal for all guests to write in and it turns out the owners are from our part of North Texas, and, a big Football rival of ours. We definately plan on doing this at least every year, and requesting this same room. GO CELINA BOBCATS!!!

Overall we had a nice stay. However there are several things that would have made it better. Ice trays or ice, a king size bed, clean chairs on the balcony(seagull poop all over them!) and a pantry to put our food in.

Stay was great. The only thing was the view from the bocony, online it showed the view of the playground and vollyball court, but when I got there it was a view of the buildings next door. But thats the only thing other than that everything was great. Will go back for another vist.

The unit BH505 was very clean and comfortable during our stay. It was nice to have everything we needed with regard to the kitchen. It was well equipped for preparing meals.. The beds were ok, the furnishings made the place feel warm and inviting. Nice view of the beach and dunes from the right side of the balcony on this 3rd floor unit. I've stayed in 508 and though the view is better, it was not as updated as 505. Would like to try a 2nd floor unit next time, the above balcony would provide protection form direct sun. We love Beachhead and would reccomend to friends. Port A Escapes and the staff at Beachhead are very accomodating and friendly.

The condo was in a great location and everyone was very helpful and nice. It was perfect for kids with the playground and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, just a little outdated. We would have liked something a little more up to date for the price.

We arrived at 5:30, staff phoned to check our progress and stayed late to check us in. We got to the condo carrying our stuff in, when the wind blew the door closed, both keys locked inside. A quick call through the after hours answering service and Patrick
saved the day. He made a return trip to the office immediately, and gave us another key, smiling cheerfully the whole time. A great guy from Boston, great management, great vacation. Beach was very nice, kids loved it too. See you next summer. -

Also, I the 11am check out is just tooo early especially for Easter Sunday. I would think that during the off-season, that people should be able to stay until really late on Sunday (about 4pm). If you required a two-night stay and allowed for a late Sunday check out, your properties would be booked

Enjoyed our stay. Great weekend with the family. The kids loved the beach and the men loved the fishing.
Note to Port A Escapes: We also rented Unit 508BH in Clark Freeby's name so I didn't get a survey on it. We wouldn't rate it very well on general condition and cleanliness, although other ratings would be the same. -

we enjoyed our stay at vista del mar. Accomodations were a little older than we expected, but very clean and comfy. I think it was overpriced and the extra fees for cleaning were a bit high. I would recommend this place though. Great service by the lady at coldwell.

The condo was overpriced. The decor was cute, but needs alot of updating. I was expecting more for the money. The extra fees were extensive. It was stressful to think that if we didn't get the garbage out just right or lose a key that it would rack up to such expensive costs on top of housekeeping and damage fees already charged. The beach and the weather were both awesome, though.
