This 2nd floor, 2 bd / 1ba unit is located at Mustang Isle Condos. Unit sleeps 6 with a Full size bed in one bedroom, a twin bed and full bed in the other bedroom and a couch that makes out into a sleeper sofa. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, & oven. There are fish cleaning facilities, a coin laundry and a BBQ area on site. The complex is well maintained with nice landscaping including lush tropical fruit trees. Located about 2 blocks from the beach.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this unit. This is a great property for those looking to travel on a budget. There is ample off-street parking.

The accommodations and service provided by Kevin and the Sand Realty Team were top notch. Our room was well kept, affordable and best of all, close to the beach. I would not hesitate to stay again at the Cozy Isle with Sand Key Realty.

My family and I stayed here in early March to avoid the spring break crowds. Its so hard to find something reasonable for a short weekend get-away. Is it fancy...no but it was just the place we were looking for. It has two bedrooms and a pull out so plenty of space. The best thing was it was cheap! Even the hotels in Port aransas are expensive. Overall we were happy with this place.

This apartment smelled like smoke, everything was outdated and very old. There were many stains on the carpet. The a/c vents had built up dirt and dust from weeks even months of non cleaning.
