At Costa del Ray Beach Lodge you will stay in a spacious two bedroom unit with a queen,full size and soda sleeper with 2 bathrooms. Relax in the large living area and enjoy the convenience of a full sized kitchen complete with dishwasher. Each unit has a private deck at the front entrance to relax in the evening or watch the sun rise in the morning. This unit was advertised as sleeping 6-8 people. We had 6 in our party. It sleeps 4, 5 at best. The fold down sofa bed will not fold down. There is no extra linen or pillows for 6-8 people. When I called Starkey property Friday evening for linens we were told it was not an emergency and we would have to do without! Imagine not having blankets or pillows ALL weekend because no one would respond to our concern. The recliner, maybe this is meant as a bed, is filthy! The outdoor furniture cushions are filthy. The pool chairs are broken. 3 days back, a face to face, an e mail and still no response from Starkey. Use a different co.

Thank you for taking the time to send your review. You mentioned that the property was advertised as sleeping 6-8. Please see the attachment that was pulled from our website and reservation software. We are sorry that you were not happy with this property, but as you can see, this property is advertised to sleep 4. Since you sent the review in, we researched your reservation and found that it was an online booking. There were no phone calls logged to report the sofa malfunctioning. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week with 3 on-call managers and full time maintenance available for any after hour calls. We hope that you consider us on your next visit to Port A.

The cottage was very cute and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only difficulty if you could even call it that was that it was 2 blks from beach. We had little ones so it was a little difficult getting there in the heat. Otherwise the accomodations were great!
