Fabulous 3 bedroom/3 bath house, close to the community pool and a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Recently remodeled inside and out, this home is large enough to share with family or friends and has plenty of room to relax and be comfortable. The home is far enough outside of town that the beach is quiet and the shelling is great. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and 2 baths on the 2nd level. New hardwood floors and tile throughout the upstairs. On the lower level, with its own private entrance, is another large area with a new sleeper sofa, a Queen size bed and 2 twin beds, so the house easily sleeps at least 10 people.The downstairs connects to the upstairs by an exterior flight of stairs. Cable TV on both levels, with the upstairs having VCR/DVD and the downstairs having VCR. Outside deck with a view of the water, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. New hardwood floors and tile throughout the upstairs. Come, Relax, and Enjoy!!! NO GARAGE ACCESS!

We meet at Mustang Island at least once a year. This house was comfortable and slept our whole family. It was a little hike to the beach but not too bad.
