We are pleased to announce Village Walk Phase 1 pool is now heated!

The pool next door, the fastest Internet on the Island and whole house DVR in both living areas make MANGO AND CASH your best choice for a great, stress free getaway with all the comforts of home. The moment you walk into this home you will feel like you're on vacation. Bright, fun colors and lots of natural light will welcome you. The open kitchen, living room and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family , dinner and even movie night with a 55 inch flat screen TV. The dining room table and card table combine to seat 14 to accommodate large families. If everyone in one room isn't what you're looking for, the second floor boasts an additional living area with a full size hide-a-bed, a big TV, a mini fridge, coffee pot, toaster and blender.

The master suite is located on the first floor and has a king size bed. There are three bedrooms and the second floor including a second master suite. All four bedrooms have a private bathroom and a TV. The second master has a king along with a garden tub in the private bath. The third bedroom, a set of bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and a full on the top. The fourth bedroom has a queen, a futon with a single bunk over it. You can put a whole family in this room. The home offers many extras like a rooftop deck and wonderful view of the community pool which is next door. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Mango and Cash VW80 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a extra side space to park it on.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 80. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

How do damage deposits work?
