Granparents, parents, and kids (plus dog) came to the beach to enjoy Port aransas, choosing the 422 as our getaway home. It was a good choice! The floor plan, with the main living area right in the center, drew us all together for sharing the day's adventures and experiences. The dining/kitchen area was huge, with seating for ten and more, making meal preparation and dining a pleasure. Only drawback was the cooking pots and pans were overused and limited. The Bedrooms, were spread out along the mainroom, letting each of our generations have its own space to come and go about the house and have a good time. The backyard patio and yard looked just like its pictures with room for fun and games. Definitely a great pick on our part!

Our group (granparents, two daughters, two teenagers, and two pets really enjoyed our stay at 422 Royal Palm. It was exactly what was advertised and it fully met our expectaions. The house had ample room for our group and was very pet friendly. The fenced in back yard provided a worry free area for our four legged family members. The washer/dryer was used everyday and made it posssible to keep our beach towels, etc. clean for the next days excursions. The proximity to the beach was close enough to make it easy to load up in the back of the truck and head out. We caught several fish in the surf which we cooked in the back yard. I brought my own gas bottle and cooker although I did use the provided grill to make burgers. The 2nd fridge in the garage was extremly useful for all of our beverages. 3 bedroom and 2 baths were very functional for our group making it easy to get ready to go and to clean up afterwards. We will definelty use this property again. Also, the check in/out process was handled very professionally and was painless. The 4th night for free was great.
