Me and my family had a great time this weekend down in Port Aransas. The beach house was awesome. The only thing is the house had fleas I guess due to previous animals being in the house. But the location and space in the house was great. I would still recommend this house. Thanks we had a blast!!

The place was great. The location was perfect. The only thing is that we could not find any cleaning stuff or many cooking utensils. We only stayed there a couple of days. Would be nice to have something to clean or cook with.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house had plenty of room for our family of 8. I loved the balcony on the roof, perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The house had everything we needed and we look forward to our next trip.

OVERALL good its an older property downstairs bathroom a little small stairs going upstairs very steep furnings and layout not large family friendly.livingroom bar wasted space. upstairs closet you couldnt get in full of matresses so no cloths storage upstairs. great parking

I rented this house because it said it had a ship channel view, ONLY one very small spot of the channel. Sheets were dirty on one of the beds. Mattresses and furniture seriously needs to be updated. House needs some repairs to door latches, ceiling fans, and light switches. The only updated part of this house is the upstairs bathroom. One plus to this house was plenty of room for my grandsons to play.

The furniture needed to be updated. The couch beds were uncomfortable. The wireless Internet would have been useful. The wicker furniture was a little worn. The space was overall very accommodating.

The location of the property was great for those that want to go to the bars, beach and out to eat. My only complaint is that the property could use updating. The lights do not work on the bottom patio and the overall appearance is a little rundown. It is a great house for the price!
