Close to town on a quiet street (though perhaps that is not typical, since we were there in off-season). Very nice decor. Appreciated the 1st-floor bedroom and the walk-in shower on the 2nd floor. The view directly to the pool from the LR was nice. Pool is small (depth to 4.5 feet) and clean though unheated. Probably up to 6 kids could play comfortably. We had two in our party, and they were the only ones using it. Good poolside shade. Plenty of parking (3-4 cars). It would be nice if the condo supplied a few boogie boards or inflatable rings or other pool toys. Internet worked well after we found the correct network name and password (the info displayed on the fridge was not correct in 4/2013). We didn't use the TVs/DVD player. Overall, excellent experience in Watercolor!

We were very happy with our stay for 3 months with two exceptions
First: The furnace filter was plugged wih dirt and dust,we went to Ace Hardware and bought their best filter. $20.00
Second: under the couch and beds were very dirty with dust and dust bunnies. We vacuumed and srubbed all the floors'
We really enjoyed our stay. The people from Port A Escapes are the best

Absolutely beautiful house with tons of amenities. Its was quiet, clean, comfortable and only a few minutes to the beach and all the local stores. We will be back!!

We have stayed at many properties in Port Aransas. We had high expectations for this one, as it was brand new. We thought the house was cute, well decorated, and a good layout, with plenty of seating for all in our party, but we were disappointed in a few things as well. The house didn't seem as clean as some we have stayed at, especially for a brand new property. The pool was very small, crowded and was green and dirty while we were there. The top bunks did not have rails, causing a hazard to our younger ones. The trash can was completely full when we arrived and was never picked up until the morning that we left. It took 24 hours for the downstairs to cool down to a comfortable temperature, and that was even much warmer than the upstairs. We were unable to use the outdoor grill because it was filthy. The complex was very full resulting in late night noise. On a positive note, there were plenty of towels for all guests, a well-stocked kitchen including a pantry to store lots of our food, tvs in all rooms, space for everyone to spread out, an outdoor shower, good location, clean linens and a large patio out back by the pool.
We did bring these items to the property management's attention, and we feel confident that they will be corrected. -

We stayed at the Watercolor house from Tuesday, July 17 - Saturday, July 21. The accomodations were fantastic! The decor had to have been done by a decorator - it brings everything from the beach to the in to the house. The beds were so comfortable! One suggestion should you go, the rooms that have bunk beds do not have ceiling fans - take a fan if you are used to them. The AC worked great, but we still would have liked to have a fan. The pool was well kept and perfect for the age range of kids we had attending. The covered patio area by the pool was perfect but could use ceiling fans under there as well. At night the pool had a fun light that changed colors - the kids loved it! There were movies, games, extra blankets provided by the home owners. The entire experience was completely hassle free and we will be back next year!!! Thank you Patrick for all of your help!

Property was beautiful, although we had to sweep the floor first thing, so floors were not done upon our arrival. Furniture had dog hair before we got there also. We had a great time overall, property mgmt svc were good but person doing walk through upon check out was very rude to us all.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and had everything you needed in it. The pool was a plus. The only bad thing was one of the bedrooms(the room closest to the garage)had a hard time keeping cool. Overall, this is a place I would definitely come back to.

Everything in this home was pristine. The home is perfectly decorated in a fresh coastal theme, immaculately clean, and our every need anticipated. The location was also ideal as it was within walking distance to restaurants and retail as well as a short bike ride (bikes provided) to the beach. We could not have asked for a more perfect getaway.
