The master has a queen, the second bedroom has bunk beds and bonus sleeping room is a full sized bed. There are also 2 sofa sleepers; one in each living area. The designer pool right out the back door is the perfect place to relax and cool off and the beach is only a short 4-5 minute drive.

The condo property was very nice. There was a 5 adults and 2 older dogs. We all had our own areas, bedrooms and baths, that was great!
My suggestion though would be to include the towels in the rental...I was worried, as the "mom", about towels needlessly!! We brought some beach towels ourselves, but, the plain white towels provided, were a worry for me! Making sure nothing ended up getting lost,stained or misplaced!As check-out time was 1100am, I was rushing around trying to get everyone's towels, get them into washer, (onsite), and get them dried!!! Added to a busy morning anyway, just packing, cleaning the condo etc.
Anyway, overall it was a very nice condo! We would stay again...providing I didn't mess any of the white towels up and we're not banned!! HaHa. Laura

This was a great rental for our family of five. My older son had his own place down stairs and the house was very nice and up-to-date. The best thing was that this is a small condo unit and we had the large pool to ourselves the entire time! We rented a golfcart during our stay which made getting around town and to the beach so much fun and the best part was there was no sand to clean out of the car! Would definately rent this property again!!

House was beautiful, well appointed, great location. Neighbors, who allegedly live two doors down in same complex, were horrible. We called the management company regarding our rights to swim in pool, pool hours etc (we have 3 kids under 10 years old - subsequently in bed by 9) and were told - whatever they were, were reasonable. Neighbors constantly pestered us, reprimanded the kids etc... trash was full and never removed (even after a call was made). could be a great spot, but we will not return. Owners should read this and get involved w/ management company and neighbors. good luck.
