AustinGreat house for a family gathering...tough for tiny tots.

This was a great house and floor plan. Upsides: 1) 4 nice size bedrooms, 2) ots of closet storage for guests, 3) Large open living-dining-kitchen, 4) TVs in most rooms, 4) large upstairs deck and downstairs covered patio, 5) fenced yard, 6) lots of parking. A few downsides: 1) inside tiled stairs were too wide for a baby gate. We even went to ace and purchased an extra wide gate and that wasn't large enough. Luckily, we keep free standing fences for pets in our storage unit and made that work for our 18-month old grandson. 2) the fabulous master suite located on first floor has no exit to the backyard. We had to walk upstairs through kitchen dining to let our pet out. Other than that, it was great!

Me and few friends take an annual trip to Port a for Fourth of July. We rented this home this year and were very pleased with it. The nighly rental amount was in our budget. The home is very spacious and there was plenty of room to hang out indoors and outdoors. We are definitely going to rent this home again next year if available. Plus my experience with Starky Properties has been great! So that is also a plus.
